Back when I was at Village Park Restaurant, I met a Fellow Customer Ms Long whom I shared a Table with. 🍽️ It was really Fortuitous to learn that she is a Klangite herself and thru our Conversations I not only learnt of her Partner's Bakery Bread Berry Bakery Sdn Bhd 🍞🥖 (which I reviewed previously), I also learnt about this Special BKT Place. 🤔
According to her, THIS is the Actual 老字号 Klang BKT Eatery that Klangites actually go to. 😳 Its a Legendary BKT that is so Popular in Klang, they only open for just 4 Hours a Day! 😳
This is the First Time I've heard of this Place. 🤔 During my Research on BKT Eateries in Klang, I have never even come across this place online. 🤔 Never listed in any Top Lists and No Singapore Based Food Blogs have ever mentioned this. 🤔 According to her, this is really a 巴生人才知道的巴生肉骨茶. 🇲🇾
So if you are reading this, Congratulations, now you know. 😅
Of course I had to visit this myself personally to see how it was. 🤔 According to her, they open around 6.00am but I have to come early, so I did. In fact, I made sure I came here at 5.30am to stake out and observe to see how Popular it really was. 🤔 Hahaha 很夸张 stake out a BKT Eatery sia. 😅
And I kid you not, even at 5.30am on a Weekday Thursday Morning, I wasn't even the 1st Person there. 😳 There were actually 2 other Customers already waiting! 😳 The Photo that you see here was taken at 6.00am, which had at least 8 People already outside even before the Doors are Open! 🤯
The Doors officially opened at 6.04am and by 6.50am, the Whole Place is already Full House! 😳 And this is on a Thursday WEEKDAY Morning! Ms Long really wasn't kidding. 😅 This Place is really as Legendary and Popular as she claimed. Really 超夸张. If there are any Klangites out there reading this, what the heck?? 太夸张了吧! 😅
Interior of the Eatery
The Actual Eatery itself is a Old Kopitiam Looking Place as you can see. 🤔 Its run by what looks like a Family. 👴👵 2 Elders and 👨 1 Young Man who is probably their Son, and 1 More Myanmar Lady Staff. What I really like and some Google Reviewers also mentioned is that they are Very Friendly and Welcoming. 😄
Especially the Elder Lady is the Friendliest, 👵♥️ she was so Welcoming and All Smiles that I felt completely at home eating here. 😄♥️ Compared to the Elitist Rude Attitude I encountered at 德地肉骨茶飯店 Teck Teh Bak Kut Teh, this Place truly was so Much Better and Welcoming despite its Legendary Status. ♥️ All of the Customers are Locals of course, and I also noticed that most of them are Older Folks. 🤔
How to Order your Food:
1) Grab an Available Seat first, no need to wait for Main Cook to announce BKT is ready to order. For this Place, just raise your hand to get the attention of the Staffs. 🙋♂️
2) Pre-Order whatever Pork Parts you fancy. 🐷 If you would like to drink Tea, there are 3 Packets available to choose. 🍵 Please refer to my Tea Ceremony Guide I posted previously as a Simple Guide on how to brew Chinese Tea. 🫖🍵
3) Just sit and drink Tea while you wait. When the BKT is ready, the Parts you ordered will be served up to you. Pay at the End of the Meal. Anyway it took 3 Mins for the Dishes to be served up.

Just like almost Every other Klang BKT Eateries, the Amount of Soup given isn't alot. 🍲🤔 Braised Dark in Colour and doesn't have any Herbal Aroma. That said, the Taste is Definitely Herbal although its a Type of Herbal that I've never tasted before. 🌿🤔 I can only describe this as "Tasting like MSG but its not actually MSG" More Saltish than Sweet, there is also a Faint Aftertaste of Goji Berries. 🍒
This doesn't feel like an Overly Complex Level of Soup Broth, but its also not those Low Effort Cheaply Made type. 🤔 I'm sorry but that's as best as how I can describe this. 😅
🐷 Quality of the Pork Knuckle
When I ordered this Cut, I especially liked the Nice Elder Lady who advised it may be Very Fatty. 👵♥️ Hahaha I appreciate her Concern. Personally, I feel this wasn't as Fatty Creamy Soft as 盛发桥底肉骨茶 Seng Huat Bak Kut Teh. Its still Tender Soft though 一咬就破. 😋 What I like is this is Not Sweetish and retains a More 原味 Porky Meatiness and also Not Overly Porky. 👍
🐷 Quality of the Big Bone
Visually Impressive because its literally One Big Bone. 🐷🦴 Compared to Pork Knuckle, this was Much Less Fatty with More Emphasis on Meat. 🍖 Slightly Firmer in Bite Texture, but still Tender Enough to have a 一咬就破 Quality. 😋 What distinguishes Big Bone however, is that you can suck out the Bone Marrow which were Creamy and Soft. Nice. 😋

Conclusion and Closing Thoughts
At the Price of RM16.00 (S$4.90) for each of the BKT Meat Cuts, 🍖 they were not say Cheap. While they were Decent Tasting no doubt, I'll be very honest that the Meat Quality wasn't that dissimilar to other BKT Eateries in Klang despite its Legendary Status. 🤔
The Soup Broth definitely tasted Slightly Different Compared to others I've tried, 🍲 but I don't feel its anything Life-Changing or Mind Blowing that you die die must come here. 😅
What I am impressed with is not actually the BKT, but how Friendly and Welcoming this place felt, especially the Elder Lady. 👵♥️ She was so Nice and Caring, and it was her Niceness that really stood out the Most for me. ♥️
Among the BKT Eateries I've eaten in Klang, this is the One that is neither Elitist and Unfriendly like Teck Teh 👎 nor "Business-Oriented" like Most BKT Eateries. 🤔 For some reason, this place got the Most Family Type of Feel, like as if I was eating at a Friend's House rather than a BKT Eatery. 有一个温暖家的感觉 ♥️ if it makes any sense. 😄
At the End of the Day, Is it really worth to visit this Place? It depends. 🤔
Despite its Legendary Status and how its literally a 巴生人才知道的巴生肉骨 known only to Locals, I need to set your Expectations first. This BKT is Decent Tasting yes, 👍 but its also not going to be some Earth-Shattering Amazing Life Changing Experience that you die die must come. 🤔
That said, if you are able to wake up early, 🌞 I can still recommend to give it a try if you are dedicated enough to find out for yourself. 👍 To be so Exclusive to only open 4 Hours a Day that even Local Klangites are willing to queue for it at 6.00am on a Weekday is truly something Amazing to behold. 🤔
The Place also looks like it has been around for Many Years, so they must obviously be doing something right. 🤔 I find it 超夸张 that 天都还没有亮就已经吃肉骨茶了. 🌞😅 So you can imagine how Important BKT is to the People of Klang.
I can also recommend to come here because this Place is Very Near to 直落玻璃瓦鍋肉骨茶 Teluk Pulai Bak Kut Teh which is another Famous Klang BKT. 👍 Because the 2 of them are relatively within Walking Distance so you can treat this Place like a "Shunbian also Visit" to compare between the 2 to see which one you prefer. 🐷😅
