Even if you've never been to JB, I reckon Most Singaporeans would still be familiar with this Suburb. 🤔 Especially for Folks living in Punggol who have seen Fiery Blazes from it lighting up the Night Sky 😳🔥 with the latest incident as recent as October 2025. (Image and Source: The Straits Times)

Pasir Gudang is thus jokingly also known as "Mordor". 🌋😅 I mean C'mon. Does this not look like a Scene from The Lord of the Rings? 😅 This is probably as Close as you can get to seeing a Real Life "Mount Doom in Mordor". 🌋😅
