This is a Michelin Rated Lala Noodles that is located near to Petaling Street Market 茨廠街. 🛍️ It was Crowded although not Full House on a Sunday Morning at 9.30am 🌞 and I was still able to easily find Seat as a Solo Diner. 👍

Its a Large Restoran and while it wasn't Air-Conditioned, was still Relatively Airy and Cooling. 🌬️ The Place is renovated to look like some Atas Looking Chinese Styled Restaurant. 🤔 Staffs were Friendly, Polite and mostly kept to themselves. It took about 7 Mins for the Dish to be served up.

Fuiyoh I was Very Impressed when I saw the Actual Dish because it really felt like a Huge Bowl! 🍜😳 There is also a Very Fragrant and Delicious Aromatic Mix of 酒香味 🍾 and Seafood. 🐚 Very Nice.

And yes of course I slowly counted every piece of Lala. 🐚😅 There are 30 Pieces of them in total for the one I got.

🍲 Quality of the Soup Broth

I was immediately impressed with the Very Gao Gao Seafoody Taste of this Soup. 🐚🍲 That said, I was also slightly caught off-guard by an Initial Very Intense Spicy Assault that hits Hard and Fast. 🌶️🥵 This Spiciness however slowly subsided and maintained a Gentle Heat on my Throat throughout the Duration of the Meal. 👍 Impressive.

I like that this Soup Broth didn't taste too Alcoholic like others I've tasted in the Past. 🍲👍 To be fair, the Alcoholic Presence is still there, 🍾 but it never tries to overwhelm the Dish. 👍 This is a Really Good Balanced Mix of Seafoodiness and Alcohol that never clashes and worked in Harmony for me. 👍 Not Overly Salty, this was Very Good.

The Noodles here are Soft and Smooth and there is a Very Generous Filling Amount of them. 🍜 While they're most likely from a Package, I felt they've been cooked very well here as they slide easily down my Throat. 😋

The 30 Pieces of Lala had a Beautiful Shell. 🐚 They were slightly Larger Sized and tasted Sweet, Plump and Juicy with No Sliminess. 👍 Clean Tasting, and Cleanly Processed, there were no Sand or any Unpleasantness at all. 😋

Conclusion and Closing Thoughts

At the Price of RM18.00 (S$5.50) for this Enormous Bowl of 30 Lalas Noodles 🐚🍜 was a Very Reasonable Price for what you are getting. 👍 Although the Lalas are supposed to be the Main Star of the Show, 🐚 I personally feel that the True Soul of this Dish is actually their Excellent Soup Broth which had a Perfect Balanced Mix of Seafoodiness and Alcohol that never clashes. 🍲♥️ You know sometimes Lala Soup is either Too Seafoody Salty or Too Alcoholic? 🤔 Not the Case here. Both were Perfectly and Beautifully Balanced. ♥️🍲

Add to it that Initial Surprising Spicy Assault 🌶️🥵 which added an Exciting Element to this Dish that I have never tasted before in other Lala Soups. 👍 Whoever designed this Soup Broth knew what they were doing when they introduced this Spicy Element. 🌶️ Culinarily a Very Bold and Daring Move and I felt it worked for me. 👍

With such a Solid Soup Base, 🍲 the Rest of the Ingredients also contributed in their own way to elevate the Entire Dish on a Whole. 👍 The Soft Carbs of the Tender Smooth Noodles 🍜 and the Plump Juicy Lalas 🐚 themselves were a Delight. 🍲 一口汤, 🍜 一口麵, 🐚 一口啦啦, 吃的几爽一下. The Only Thing that I thought would improve this Dish is if they added More Veggies, 🥬 but that is just my Preference. 🤔

Really Good Solid Bowl of 🐚🍜 Lala Noodle at an Affordable Price. 👍 This Place indeed deserves its Michelin Rank. Add to it the Friendly and Polite Staffs, this was an Enjoyable Dining Experience 😄 and I have no issues recommending this to anyone to give it a try. Don't miss out on their Excellent Soup Broth! 🍲👍
