If you were to enter Angsana Mall via the Main Entrance, you will definitely see this Restaurant.
At first, I thought I'd seen this F&B Brand before in other JB Shopping Malls, but after re-checking in Google Maps apparently it is the Only One of its Kind here in JB right here in Angsana Mall. 只此一家, 别无分店.
What this is, is a Western Food / Fusion sort of Restoran that seems to have a Focus on their Pizzas.
The Interior of the Restoran is Nicely Furnished and Cleanly Maintained with a Brownish Colour Accent with also a Slightly Unique Malay Style 马来风味 Flavour to it. I especially like those Faux Batik? type of Cloths that they drape all over the Ceiling as Decoration that gives the Place a Simple Faux Kampung Kampung type of look.

The Restoran itself is Not Air-Conditioned despite in a Mall, but it was Airy and Comfortable with Ceiling Fans available. Music played in the Background are some English Pop Tunes.
Due to the Ramadan Season when I visited, they aren't open as per their Regular Operating Hours.
They were open by around 1.40pm in the Afternoon when I visited.

There is only 1 Young Malay Lady Staff on Duty that day when I visited. While she could only speak Malay, she was Very Friendly and Welcoming with a Sweet Smile. Of course I politely enquired "Hello, Excuse me, Saya Makan Sini Boleh"? if I could Dine-In before Iftar Timing.
She was All Smiles replying "Boleh Boleh~" Very Adorable and Friendly Lady and her Immediate Friendly Vibe was a Very Good First Customer Impression that immediately put me at ease.
Compared to Secret Recipe Next Door that I visited previously, this Malay Lady Staff didn't display any Noticeable Nervousness or Tension as I observed throughout the Time I was here Dining and Taking Photos of the Place before the Iftar Timing which made me feel Less Guilty dining in. Hahaha not bad 吃的也安心一点.
I appreciate the Free Complimentary Bottle of Plain Water available on Every Table. So you don't have to Order any Drinks if you don't want to.
This is Not Bad. Not Many Eateries in JB actually offer this, not even some of the More Atas Ones.
Note: The Menu seems to have been Changed and Refreshed
In the Google Reviews I've read about this place, apparently their 2 Most Popular Dishes were their Mexicana Pizza and Assam Pedas which had many Reviewers praising about them. Unfortunately, they seem to have had a Menu Refresh and both of these Items are No Longer Available. Quite a Pity. So I ended up choosing what is probably their House Pizza instead. It took about 10 Mins for it to be served up.
The Classic 10" = RM35.00
I've made and baked Pizza myself and 10 Mins is a Very Fast Timing to serve up. Perhaps Too Fast. As a Pizza itself takes roughly 10 Mins to Bake in the Oven, this means that either the Pizza is Not Freshly Made from Scratch or they already have some of them Already Pre-Made and Standby to Bake? Or maybe the Chef is the Flash himself hahaha! In addition, I also thought it to be quite Unusual to serve a Bottle of Chilli Sauce together with the Pizza.

The Pizza itself is Not a Complicated One. Its basically a Standard Pepperoni Pizza made with a Spread of Marinara Sauce over a Pizza Dough Base and topped with Generous Servings of Mozzarella Cheese. This is then followed by Beef Pepperoni Slices and followed by another Generous Sprinkling of Parmesan Cheese to finish it off.
Because of the Generous Amount of Mozzarella Cheese, this is a Pizza with Quite a Instagrammable Cheese Pull as you can see. Impressive to post on Social Media obviously, but Culinarily not that Impressive for me because Mozzarella Cheese itself doesn't really have much Taste.
Its used in Pizzas primarily because its Inexpensive and yet gives the Most Visual Impact for Customers with being able to do a Decent Cheese Pull. Hahaha Everyone LOVES a Good Cheese Pull no?

Quality of the Dough
The Pizza Dough itself is quite Bready. Not Sourdough or anything Artisanal, but the Taste is slightly closer to Pizza Parlours like Pizza Hut or Dominos than those Less Known Ones that you'd normally find on a Food Delivery Platform. Nothing Amazing to be fair but Surprisingly Decent.
When doing a Comparison of a Shopping Mall Level of Pizza in Johor Bahru, I personally find this Restoran to have a Slightly Better Quality Taste Standard compared to Vivo Pizza that I reviewed previously in Aeon Mall Bukit Indah.

One of the Factor that made me like this Pizza is the Marinara Sauce they used. Its Not Too Sweet, Not Too Salty, also Not Too Tomatoey and tastes like they actually cooked this themselves, not from some Supermarket Product.
I reckon they use the Same Sauce for other Dishes like their Pasta. Now this Marinara Sauce isn't Particularly Amazing or is going to win any Awards, but there is also Nothing Wrong with it. Its Decent Quality for a Marinara Sauce.

Nothing Special about the other Components of this Pizza, they taste exactly how you'd expect them to taste. Just for Fun, I added abit of that Bottle Chilli Sauce they gave and it introduced a Sweet Spiciness taste. Pizza Purists will probably be screaming in horror, but I thought it was alright.

Conclusion and Closing Thoughts
At the Price of RM35.00 (S$11.40) without Service Charges or Tax is a Decent Price to pay for a 10 Inch Pepperoni Pizza like this. Compared to Vivo Pizza that I reviewed previously in Aeon Bukit Indah the other time, I feel the Pizza at this Spazio has a Slightly Nicer Taste that is slightly comparable to Franchise Brands like Pizza Hut or Dominos.

Nothing Artisanal or Mind-Blowing for Pizza Purists obviously, this Dough at least doesn't taste like a Simple Lesser Known Brand Pizza that you'd normally find on Food Delivery Platforms. Essentially you are paying "Food Delivery Price" to get a Slightly Better Quality type of Pizza is what I am saying.
What I am impressed more is the Very Decent Service by the Very Friendly and Welcoming Malay Lady Staff with a Sweet Smile who gave me a Very Good 1st Customer Experience. Its a Pity that their Current Menu is Refreshed and I don't have the chance to try out their Previous Menu which consisted of their Mexicana Pizza and Asam Pedas which were very Highly Raved on Google Map Reviews.

Don't let my Average Score deter you from this Place. While this Pizza isn't anything Amazing, I can still recommend it as I find it Affordable and Slightly Better Quality than a Simple Food Delivery Platform type of Pizza. I'm really quite surprised that there are No Service Charges or Taxes on the Final Bill.
If you're in Angsana Mall craving for some Pizzas, I'd say go ahead and give this a try. This Restoran is actually quite Popular it seems, as later in the Day when I explored, there is a Signage they put out that they are Fully Booked for Iftar Timing so there's that.
