I'll be very Honest, a Mall Pizzeria like this isn't really high on my priority to visit when I do my Exploration of a Shopping Mall in JB. 🍕😅 I only really decided to visit this because the Actual List of Unique Eateries in Aeon Mall Bukit Indah actually isn't alot. 🤔
Either I've already reviewed the Same Franchise Restaurants in another Mall, (Eg: Arashi, Kinsahi) 🤔 or they were already reviewed in Aeon Mall Tebrau City that i visited previously. 🤔 Hmmm I wonder if I should re-review the Same Restaurant Franchise and give them each their Individual Review for each Mall? I will think about this. 🤔

For Pizza Purists: This Place puts Pineapples on their Pizza 🍍😅
Before reading further, I need to set your Expectation first. DO NOT come here expecting this to be some Traditional Italian Old-School Authentic Pizzeria/Trattoria. 🇮🇹🍕 This is not it. 🙅♂️
It is a Modern Shopping Mall type of Pizzeria and yes, they do put Pineapples on some of their Pizzas. 🍍🍕 Hahaha so if you are a "Pizza Purist" reading this, I'll spare you the Horror and you may stop reading now. 🙅♂️
Interior of the Place
Interior of the Place
Located on the Ground Floor of the Mall, although it didn't look very Big on the Outside, but for some reason, this was Quite a Large Restaurant when I stepped in. 😳
I like the Nice Delicious and Appetizing Aroma of Baked Pizza wafting about in this place. 😋 Although understandably not Crowded or Popular during Weekdays, there is a Healthy Amount of Customers on Saturday Weekend although it also isn't those Full House type of Crowded. 👍

The Staffs were Acceptably Friendly and Polite but they were also Extremely Busy running about all over the Place. 🏃 It also looks like they have a Severe Shortage of Manpower here because even when I press the "Call Button" on my Table, I received no response. 🤔
Its not because they Bochup, but I can tell they really do have a Manpower issue here. 🤔 I think they only have at most 5 Staffs (1 Local, 4 Foreigners) running all over the Place? 🏃 I also noticed they have a Serving Robot to help serve, but even this seems to be not enough. 🤖🤔
The Service Quality for this Restaurant isn't Amazing, so manage your expectations and do not expect Top Class Service for this place. 🙅♂️
Ordering of Food is thru QR Code Method and I'm very pleased to see they actually have an Option to allow you to choose if you want Dessert to be served during or after the Meal. 👍 Although I highly doubt they can actually fulfill this due to the Manpower Issue they have. 😅 So yea, don't expect this to be fulfilled.

Staff Behaviours could be More Professional especially when close to Closing Time. 🤔
Now because I visited this at 9.00pm which is only about 1 Hour before their Official Close Time of 10.00pm, its natural to see the Staffs rush to prepare to close for the Day. 😅
Because they are rushing to Close for the Day, its Natural for them to get all Excited and here is where I can hear them start to Let Loose a Couple of ... shall we say "Playful Vulgarities". 🤔 Now I'm not trying to nitpick here, and I totally understand that Everyone is excited to rush to go back, but uttering such Vulgarities in a Family Restaurant where Young Children may be around is perhaps not Very Professional Behaviour. 🤔
I'm not trying to find fault, but if you are bringing Kids to this Restaurant close to their Closing Hours, you might want to take note of this. 🤔
There is a RM10.00 Welcome Voucher for New Customers but...🤔
As Expected, with Every Restoran Vouchers, its never Straightforward and there is always a Catch. 😅
1) You need to first register to be a Member (Membership is Free)
2) You will then need to wait a Full 24 Hours after Member Registration. 🕒
3) This RM10 Voucher can then only be used only with a Minimum Spending of RM50.00 💵
Pretty Convoluted huh? 😅 I wish Restorans are more straightforward in giving a Promo without any Catch instead of making New Customers go thru Hoops like this. 😅 But hey, thats just my opinion on this.
Finally after all that Information, its time to review the Foods themselves. 😅 Anyway, it took 1 Min for the Cake, 3 Mins for the Cup of Tea, and 20 Mins for the Pizza. Everything was served up within 20 Mins.
Surprisingly fast for the Severe Lack of Manpower that I observed, 🤔 and even though the Pizza took the Longest at 20mins, I'm actually pretty happy because this means the Pizza is actually Freshly Made, 🔥🍕 and not some kind of Re-Heated Frozen Product.
☕ H12 Earl Grey Tea = RM6.50
Yes, yes I know its Super Wierd to drink a Hot Tea of all things in a Pizzeria but that was what I felt like drinking that time. 😅 Nothing Special about it, its just a Typical Cup of Hot Water with a Tea Bag. ☕ I liked that it came with a Small Tea Cookie. 🍪 Twinnings is the Brand of Tea they serve here. Not a Tea Connoisseur myself but I thought this was a Decent Earl Grey Tea. 🤔 If you enjoy this Twinnings Brand I reckon you'll have no issues with this.
The Tea Cookie was Nothing Particularly Special, it was a Standard Tasting Butter Cookie. 🍪 Standard Crunch, Standard Taste. At least it isn't Lao Hong Stale. 😅

🍰 D08 Chocolate Indulgence = RM14.90

🍰 D08 Chocolate Indulgence = RM14.90
Because this is a Pizzeria, I highly doubt they made this Cake in-house themselves and this is probably supplied from some Bakery Supplier. 🤔 The Cake itself is Nicely Designed and I like the Gold Specks for Decor. 👍 Compared to S.D.S that I reviewed previously in KSL City Mall which presented their Cake with an Additional Choco Swirl, this Restaurant doesn't do it. 🤔

The Cake itself is actually a Mix of Cheesecake at the Bottom 🧀 and Choco Cake at the Top. 🍫 The Frosting used here is a Sweet Dark Chocolate that thankfully isn't Overly Sweet
and also isn't Bitter. 👍 Both the Cheesecake and Choco Cake have a Very Standard Acceptable Taste Quality you'd expect from a Standard Bakery.
All I can say is that the Cake taste Decent, Not Cheapo but it also isn't a Very High-End Atas Standard. 🤔 Having a Mix of Cheesecake and Choco Cake like this was a Nice Dessert that lets you enjoy the Best of Both Flavours. 😋

🍕 Chef's Favourite Pizza 8" Thin = RM31.50
Because this is a Pizzeria, I of course have to try their Pizzas! 🍕😅 Like I mentioned, I'm actually impressed this took 20Mins to serve up because this tells me at least they make their Pizzas Fresh In-House and its not some Reheated Frozen Product. 👍
Protip: If you are coming close to their Closing Hour of 10.00pm, I would recommend to make your order latest by 8.30pm since the Pizza takes at least 20mins to prepare. 🤔 This is so you will have enough time to eat this and not "Feel Rushed to Leave" when they start packing up by 9.45pm as I've observed. 🤔

The One I ordered here is considered their Signature "House Pizza" I guess? 🍕🤔 The 8" Small that I ordered really is Very Small, about a Palm Size actually. ✋😅 What I liked is that it was served Very Fresh and Hot with a Delicious Appetizing Classic Aroma of a Pizza. 😋 8" comes in 4 Quarters, and all the Ingredients on it are exactly what they wrote on the Menu so I won't elaborate further. And yes, it has Pineapples. 🍍😅
Eating this one is like a Mix of a Classic Hawaiian + Standard Pepperoni type of Pizza with the Expected Level of Saltiness and Sweetness that you'd expect. 🤔 Don't Expect any Crazy Cheese Pull though, this is not a Very Cheesy Pizza. 🧀🙅♂️
In fact, this tastes Very Similar to those Affordable "Off-Brand" type of Pizzas that you would order from Grab or Foodpanda. 🤔 The Dough Crust isn't those Sourdough or Atas Level Quality. Its a Simple Plain Risen Bread Flour type of Dough. 🤔If you have eaten such Pizzas before, you will know what I mean. The Only Difference here is you're eating these type of Pizzas Hot and Fresh in the Restaurant instead of Warm when its Delivered. 🔥🍕

Conclusion and Closing Thoughts
Conclusion and Closing Thoughts
At the Price of RM6.50 (S$2.00), this is Literally a Cup of Hot Water with a Twinnings Tea Bag ☕ and a Small Mini Cookie. 🍪
It is what it is. If you are ok with this Twinnings Brand of Tea and is ok with the Price, sure go ahead.
At the Price of RM14.90 (S$4.60) for this Choco Cheesecake, 🍰 this isn't Very Cheap. Actually all their Cakes regardless of Flavour cost RM14.90
The Only Price-Point I can compare to is S.D.S in KSL City Mall which cost RM8.80 (S$2.70) for their Cheesecake. 🤔 Although a Completely Different Flavour of Cake, I would say the Price of Cakes for this Place is Higher.
Because this Restaurant is First and Foremost a Pizzeria, you do need to have the Expectation that the Cakes here are probably Not Made In-House and are probably provided from a Bakery Supplier somewhere. 🤔 Its a Decent Tasting Choco Cheesecake but Do not come here expecting Very Atas High-End Level of Cakes is what I'm saying. 🤔 What this Cake does for me amusingly is actually filled me up nicely, which brings me to my Next Point for the Pizza.
At the Price of RM31.50 (S$9.50) for their 8" Small Thin Crust House Pizza, I actually find this at an Affordable Price Point. 👍 The Amount of Ingredients given felt Acceptable and Reasonable for a Sub-S$10.00 Pizza of this Quality. 🍕
That said, this is also Not a Gourmet Authentic Italian High-End type of Pizza. 🇮🇹🙅♂️ The Dough they use here is a Standard Risen Bread-Flour, not Sourdough or anything Artisinal. 🙅♂️ In fact this Pizza is like a Cross Mix between a Classic Hawaiian and an Average Pepperoni Pizza.
The Overall Taste is like those "Off-Brand" type of Budget Pizzas that you'd order via Grab or Foodpanda. 🤔 The Only Difference is that you are eating this Freshly Made in the Restaurant instead of getting it Home Delivered to you. If you are ok with that type of Budget-Level of Food Delivery Pizzas, you will probably have no issues with this. 🤔
Although a Sub-S$10,00 is an Affordable Price for a 8" Pizza like this, in Reality, 8" is actually a Small Pizza. 😅 Its about agar agar the Size of the Palm of your Hand. ✋ My Friend Loh Lee Nah told me her Kid complain 吃不饱 so you might want to take note if you are ordering this Size for your Kid. 👦👧
Interestingly, the size of this Pizza was actually OK for an Adult like me, 🤔 but thats because I also ate a Slice of Choco Cheesecake with it, 🍰 and I thought this Combination filled me up Just Nicely. 😋 Together with a Nice Cup of Earl Grey, ☕ this was a Satisfying Meal overall.
I'll be honest, I visited this place at the Last Stop of my JB Trip and because I've eaten plenty of things beforehand, so this might also be a Factor why this Seemingly Small 8" Pizza 🍕 that couldn't fill up a Kid could fill up an Adult Male like me. 😅
Service Quality is not Amazing and could definitely be Improved due to the Factors I mentioned. 🤔 But I'm not going to fault them too much because of a Noticeable Lack of Manpower and it was also a Late-Timing when I visited. 🕒 That said, I also can't bring myself to give them a Higher Score.
As long as you manage your Expectations that this is a Mall-Level type of Family Pizzeria, 🍕 not a High-End Atas Authentic Italian Restaurant, 🇮🇹🙅♂️ and that the Taste of the Pizza here are more towards those Budget-Level type of Pizzas you would order from Grab/FoodPanda, I can still recommend this place if you are Ok with the Prices in their Menu and if you're craving for Pizzas after your Retail Therapy in the Mall. 🛍️
