I have tried my best to Take Photos of ALL the Available Food Stalls here. 📷
This may be the Most Comprehensive List of Stalls of this Place Online.

This is One of the Bigger and Most Prominent Eating Places in the Nusa Bestari Area. 🤔
It is located next to the Nusa Bestari Bestmart which is Old School but Popular Market / Retail Area. 🛍️

The Attached Videos 🎥 shows the Crowd Level at a Prime Dinner Time 8.00pm on a Saturday Night. As you can see, this Place is certainly Very Popular and Crowded with the Locals but Never Until Super Crowded. 👍 It is still Relatively Easy to find Seats. The Whole Place has a Very 热闹 and 大排档 Feel. 😄 This Hawker Center feels like it has been around for Many Years already.

If you are Driving there, there is a Big Carpark infront available. 🚗 As I walked around and took a Quick Glance, I didn't notice any Singapore Cars which is why I guess the Customers that I saw here were Probably Mostly Locals. 🤔

The Place is Not Air-Conditioned and consists of a Main Sheltered Area in the Middle flanked with 2 Open Sides with More Seats and More Food Stalls. 😋 Needless to say, the 2 Open Sides will be More Cooling. 🌬️ There is also a Performance Stage for Live Performances 🎵🎶 although there were No Gigs playing when I was there that day.

The Foods here are Mostly Local Chinese Malaysian Styles. 😋 I don't think I saw any Malay or Indian Food Stalls. There are a Few Foreign Food Choices such as China, Thai or Vietnam. Please refer to the Photo Collection to get an Idea of the Type of Stalls Available. 📷 Prices for the Food Items mostly range from RM10.00 onwards, agar agar around Regular JB Food Prices.

Food Stall Owners are Friendly and Polite, No Rowdy Behaviour. 👍 Overall feels Safe although of course, do take the usual precautions for your belongings especially when it starts getting Crowded. 🤔

Restroom Facilities are Available and is located at a Corner of this Hawker Centre. 🚻
