This was another Famous BKT Eatery that you will probably see in Many Top Lists online. 🤔 Highly Reviewed by Food Bloggers and mentioned in Reddit Posts, of course I specifically marked this place to try. 👍 They have lots of Branches in Klang actually but I specifically visited their Main Branch located in Pandamaran. 🤔 Its a Non-Airconditioned Old Kopitiam, abit Warm and Humid actually despite Fans. 🥵
Despite how Famous this Place is, its not the Traditional Type of BKT that I see in Klang that offers Kettles on Stoves for Chinese Tea. 🤔 What is most surprising was seeing the place crowded with Customers even at 9.52am on a Thursday Morning. 🌞 Very 热闹 Feel as you can see in the Video I've taken. 🎥 The Staffs mostly comprise of either Thai or Myanmar Folks and they are Friendly, Polite and mostly keep to themselves.

How to Order your Food.
1) Grab a Seat, let the Staff know how many people are eating.
2) Walk over to the Cooking Counter and choose the Pork Cuts you want. 🐷
Interestingly, its the Same Price no matter which Cut you choose. 🤔 You can order your Drinks here too. 🥤
3) Go back to your Seat and wait for your Dish to be served up. Pay after your Meal.

🐷 1 Bowl of BKT (Any Pork Cut, No Rice) = RM18.00
I legit have no idea what is the Name of the Cut I chose. 😅 I only chose it because it has a Good Ratio of Insane Fatty and a Decent Amount of Meat. 🍖 I'm guessing its probably some Pork Knuckle? 🤔 The Dish comes with a Piece of Shitake Mushroom too. 🍄

🍲 Quality of the Soup Broth (Zhup?)
Just like Most Klang BKT Eateries, they don't give alot of Soup. 🍲🤔
In fact, the Amount given here feels more like a Zhup than a Soup tbh. 😅
The Broth/Zhup is Collageny although Not as Gao Gao Thick as 四眼仔肉骨茶 Four Eyes Bah Kut Teh or 盛发桥底肉骨茶 Seng Huat Bak Kut Teh that I reviewed previously. 🤔 This is Mainly Braised and Not Herbal at all. Meaty Braised Taste, Savoury and Not Overly Salty. 😋 This really tasted more like Braised Pork Zhup rather than a Soup Broth. 😅

🐷 Quality of the Pork Cut.
Really Big Solid Piece cut into 3 Pieces. Oh that Decadent Fat! ♥️ Superbly Soft and Tender 一咬就破 Quality 😋 Although its not Super Insane Soft until like Thai-Styled Khao Kah Moo Level, I feel its close enough as a Near Comparison.
I do like that the Fat dissolves in your Mouth 😋 although it can also be a Tad Jelak to one shot eat so much of it. 😛 But Wow this was Really Richly Fatty! ♥️ The Meat Section is Tender and Soft, not Overly Porky. No issues with the Pork Quality in this Place. 👍

Conclusion and Closing Thoughts
At the Price of RM18.00 (S$5.50) is not say Cheap, but I liked the fact that this Price is Applicable for any Pork Cut. 🐷👍 I have no idea what Cut I got, but the Price feels fair for the Size I chose. I also liked the fact that you can personally choose whichever Cut you like from the Cooking Station. 👍
Completely not Stereotypically "Herbly and Soupy" like how you'd normally imagine Klang BKT to be like. 🤔 The "Soup Broth" if I can even call it that, is more like a Braised Lor Zhup. 🍯 Especially this Fatty Cut that I chose made this Whole Dish taste more like a "Dong Po Rou 东坡肉" than a BKT tbh. 🐷🤔
If you have the Expectation that the BKT here is really more Braised than Herbal, more "东坡肉 Dong Po Rou" than BKT, 🍖 and if you are ok with the Prices, I can definitely recommend this. 👍 Do order a Carb Canvas like Rice to pair with this though. 🍚

If anything, from ALL the BKTs that I've eaten in Klang as you have read, (and there are some Famous Ones I've eaten), I've come to the Conclusion that what we think we know about Klang BKT cannot be classified Stereotypically as ONLY Soupy or Herbly. 🍲🌿🤔
Other than the Base Requirement of using Darker Sauce in the Soups/Zhup, Every Klang BKT Eatery has their Own Style and Interpretation. 🤔 Some may go for Stereotypically "Herbly and Soupy" while others like this Mo Sang Kor treat theirs as More Braised instead. This is really very surprising to me because before this Trip to Klang, I had thought ALL Klang BKT must definitely be Herbly. 🤔
This Klang Trip really opened my eyes on the Type of BKT available. 👍 I even need to actually 改口 correct my Future BKT Reviews and not just simply describe a BKT as "Klang-Styled". 😅 Hahaha so next time if you hear someone claiming that Klang BKT must only be Soupy and Herbly, you will know that this person probably have not eaten Actual TRUE Authentic Klang BKT in Klang at all. 😅
To be fair, this is just my Personal Perspective after tasting only 6 BKT Eateries out of the Over 400+ of them in Klang. 😅 You may of course have a Different Perspective / Opinion depending on the ones you visited. 🤔
