Hahaha this is like the Most Generic NPC Name that you can think of for a Bakery. 😅 When I did my research for any Non-BKT Eateries in Klang, this Place came up on my Search. My Friend from my Former FB Group Francyn Tan also mentioned about this place so of course I had to give it a try! 😄 The Actual Place is an Air-Conditioned Bakery / Cafe. The Slightly Older Decor and Renovation Style and the Vibe of this Place gave me a Feeling that this has been around for Many Years already 有年代感. 🤔
Although Apple Strudel 🍎 is their Main Famous Signature, they also offer other Cakes and Pastries 🍰🧁 and because its also a Cafe, they also offer Main Dishes 主食 like Spaghetti or Pastas as you can see in their Menu. 🍝 The Staffs are Very Friendly and Polite. No issues with Customer Service. There weren't alot of Customers when I was there at 12.30pm on a Weekday Afternoon.
Some Important Things to note if you are thinking of coming here:
1) There is only 1 Size and 1 Price for their Apple Strudel. 🍎🤔
They don't have any Smaller Size if you're thinking of just buying a Smaller Piece to Sample.
2) I went ahead and measured this. The Full Measurements are approximately:
35cm (Length) x 7cm (Width) x 4cm (Height). This is a Big Chonky Apple Strudel. 🍎😅
3) Because this is a Cafe that you can Dine-In, you can actually choose to Dine-In and eat this if you want. 🍽️ You can request for them to Cut it into Pieces. 1 Whole Strudel will yield 6 Pieces. If however you were to Dabao Takeaway like me, do take note that they will charge for a Plastic Bag. 🛍️
Ok with these Infomation out of the Way, lets get into actually reviewing this.

Apparently from some of the Food Blogs that reviewed this, its supposedly from an Australian Recipe. 🍎🇦🇺
Description of the Individual Ingredients before I bite into this Apple Strudel:
Quality of the Crust
Superbly Layered, the Crust was Beautifully Golden Caramelized. 👍 Its Sweet obviously but Surprisingly Not Overly Sweet. 👍 The Crust itself is So Super Light, I describe it like "Eating Air". REALLY Airy Bite Texture. ♥️
White Cream
The Fresh White Cream used in this has a Very Clean and Light Taste. 😋 Really Very Light, not at all Milky, Not Sweet at all.
Yellow Cream
This Yellow Cream has a Even Lighter and a Delicate Sweetness to it when compared to that White Cream. 🤔 Not at all Overly Sweet. Even so, its a Very Very Light Sweetness. Not at all Eggy despite its Yellow Look, Very Clean and Fresh Tasting.
The Small Little Baby Apple Cubes 🍎 within have this Very Natural Applely Sweetness and doesn't taste like they added any Additional Sugar to them. No Sourness, they tasted Fresh, not like those Overnight Apples.
This is especially obvious because there is No Oxidation Discoloring I see for them. 👍 In fact they taste so Fresh, that I won't be surprised if this Apple Strudel was made Relatively Fresh when I bought it. 🍎😋
How does this Apple Strudel actually taste like?
You know sometimes when you eat a Really Solid Quality Pastry and it tastes so Good, you will involuntarily Close your Eyes 😌 and let out an Orgasmic "MMMMmmmmm" while your Eyelids involuntarily flutter? 🤤 THIS was exactly how I felt when I was eating this. OMG. ♥️
The Whole Thing is SO LIGHT OMG!!! ♥️🤯 As I bite thru the Whole Piece, my Jaws went thru this that it literally felt like I was Eating Air. 🌬️ This was so Light and Airy that for a Moment, my Brain just stopped Working Properly LOL!! 🤯
I've eaten Apple Strudels that while Delicious still had abit of Hardness due to its Crispiness 🤔 and this is COMPLETELY not the Case for this one. 🤯 This was even more Amazing because I had Dabao this and eaten it about 1 Hour after I purchased it and it STILL retains that Insane Airiness. 🤯
Continuing on, once you get past that Initial Insane Airy Bite Texture, ALL the Creams and Fillings will start Rushing and Flooding your Mouth. 💥💦 The Best Part is that Apple Bits which injected a Solid Lovely Natural Applely Sweetness 🍎😋 and.... before you know it, the Whole Apple Strudel piece has Vanished and YOU WANT MORE OF IT!!! 😄
This Apple Strudel is DANGEROUSLY ADDICTIVE OMG! ♥️ Hahaha and I did eat a 2nd Piece, heck I would have gone back to the Bakery to order a 2nd Apple Strudel! That's how Addictive this was omg. ♥️🤯
That said though, due to my Condition I also sadly know I absolutely cannot finish the Whole Thing lest my Blood Sugar Level goes Completely Haywire. 😅 So out of the 6 Pieces of this Whole Strudel, I forced myself to only eat 2 of them and gave the rest of the 4 Pieces away to the Very Nice Staffs of the Hostel I was staying in. 😅 They were obviously Super Surprised at first but accepted and appreciated my offer. 😄 Yea I was smiling on my Face 😄 but Crying in my Heart 😭 when I passed it to them, but hey at least I know this Beautiful Apple Strudel is not being gone to waste. 🍎🥲 I'm glad they enjoyed it too.

Conclusion and Closing Thoughts
At the Total Combined Price of RM30.32 (S$9.30) including Service Taxes for this Whole Apple Strudel, this may feel Expensive, but it was totally worth it. 👍 Because they only have 1 Standard Size and Price for this Apple Strudel with No Smaller Cheaper "Sampler" versions, I myself was also Skeptical if this was really worth the Money. 🤔
All these Hesitation completely Flew out of the Window once I actually tasted the Actual Thing. ♥️ I am seriously not kidding when I say if I didn't have to worry about my Blood Sugar, I might have completely lost control and bought 3 More Loaves to Munch until I went Stupid. 😅 OMG THIS IS DANGEROUSLY ADDICTIVE!!! ♥️🤯
As I've described in the Main Review, every ingredients tasted Fresh, Clean and Natural. 👍 The Apple Pieces tasted so Fresh, 🍎 they felt like they've been Freshly Cut maybe only 30 Mins before I bought this. ♥️ The Main Reason why this tasted so Good is really how Insanely Airy and Light this Crust felt. 🌬️🤯 Unlike other Apple Strudels that I've eaten that will somehow still have a "Hardness and Crispness" to them, this one is literally like "Eating Air". 🌬️😋
Omnomnomnom, and before you realize it, suddenly its all Gone. 😅 Wahhhh~ This is even more Amazing because I dabao this and ate it about 1 Hour after Purchase and it still didn't go Hard or Stale at all. ♥️ Hey, I'm glad I shared this with the Hostel Staffs. 😄 We all agreed this really tasted nice. 👍 This Place lives up to its name. If you are looking to enjoy a Good Apple Strudel here in Klang, I definitely can recommend this. 🍎👍
