This Adorable Food Stall is situated in Kulai Old Street 老街 and is also located Very Near to both 聚啡馆 Cafe Jufei and 远远来古早味云吞面 Yun Yun Loy Wanton Mee, both of which that I have reviewed previously.
Featured by Several Write-Ups about Kulai, the Place itself is an Old Building Eatery. Sparsely Decorated, there were some Interesting Photographs of Old Kulai. There were a Few Customers, not Super Crowded on a Saturday Morning.

Just like its name suggests, its run by an Adorable Pair of Elderly Brother and Sister Team. The Elder Sister is the More Friendlier of the 2. Both of them man the Front Counter Wok as you can see. The Delicious Aroma of Char Kway Teow is in the Air. It took 5 Mins for the Dish to be served up.

Small CKT (Spicy) = RM8.00
Add Egg = RM1.50
Add Hum = RM3.00
Protip: There are already Egg Pieces within the Base CKT.
Choosing to "Add Egg" means they will add an Additional Fried Sunny Egg on top.
The Dish itself has a Decent Delicious Aroma of Fried CKT. Wok Hei is not alot but there is abit. Kway Teow was Soft and Smooth and I liked that the CKT itself isn't Overly Oily or Sweet. This CKT doesn't use much Kicap Manis. I also liked the Mild Spiciness that maintains just a Gentle Spicy Heat in your Mouth.

The Main Signature of this CKT however is the "Add Hum" option. For an Additional RM3.00 (S$1.00), they are So Generous with the Amount of Sihum (Blood Cockles), that I basically stopped counting after 20. Hahaha Wah! And these were Pretty Fat and Juicy Sihums too!
Really Every Bite is 满口 Sihum. Together with the Soft Kway Teow mixed with the Creamy Yolk from that Sunny Egg, and a Soft Crunch of the Taugeh, this was So Decadent and Delicious!

Conclusion and Closing Thoughts
The Base (Small) CKT Price of RM8.00 (S$2.60) is an Affordable Price for the Amount of Kway Teow. It was filling and I thought is just Nice for 1 Person.
I feel you can skip the Extra Fried Sunny Egg at RM1.50 (S$0.50) since there are already Egg Pieces within the Base CKT although I liked that they fried the Egg with a Creamy Yolk and it does add alot to the Dish.

What you should not miss however is adding RM3.00 (S$1.00) for the Sihums. They are so Generous with this that it elevated the CKT from a Basic Simple One to a Super Sinful Indulgence.
It was so Decadent to 大口大口 eat Every Bite of CKT with Every Bite is 满口 Sihum. Never have I ever eaten a CKT that gave so much that I didn't even bother to count after 20. Really Sibeh 夸张.

Really Adorable Pair of Elder Brother and Sister too, especially the Elder 大姐 who was so Friendly, Welcoming and Chatty. Really Adorable Sweet Lady, she is the Main Reason why I have no issues giving this Place my Highest Top Score. Just look at her Big Genuine Beautiful Smile!
I would recommend to come visit this as soon as you can because both Brother and Sister as you can see are rather Advanced in Age. Personally I feel it might not be long before Age finally catches up and forces them to Retire.
If you are here in Kulai 老街, definitely do not miss out this Food Stall! I certainly enjoyed my Concentrated Sihum CKT! First time in my Life I eat a CKT that is 100% Focused on Sihum like this. Hahaha! Not in a Million Years will I ever eat a CKT that is so Sihum Intense in Singapore that is for sure!
