I visited this place because it was featured in this YouTube Channel "HongisBored".
Managed by "Ah Hong" and his Sister, this is a Really Fun and Informational Channel that I would recommend anyone to visit. This Restoran is featured from 18:03 in the Video.
Unfortunately though as you can see from my Given Score, I did not enjoy my time here. Read on to find out why.

The Place is a Typical Indian Mamak Eatery, Not Air-Conditioned but rather Popular Place even on a Weekday Night when I visited. Its also very near within Walkable Distance to Aeon Kulai too. Really Big Eatery and its so Big they have 2 Separate Dining Areas in 2 Separate Buildings as you can see.
My 1st Impression of the Place wasn't a Good One though. You know when you first arrive at an Eatery where you don't know the "Rules" of the Place and Staffs are running around all over while you stand there Blur Blur what to do? How to order? Where to Order? Same Feeling here.
Even when I tried approaching a Random Staff for assistance trying my best to smile and speak in Basic Malay, all I got was a Wierd Distant Blank Stare like as if I was talking to the Wall. No Expression, No Reaction, Nothing. ๆ่งๅฅฝๅ่ทๆญปไบบ่ฎฒ่ฏไธๆ ท.

Here is how to Actually Order:
1) There are No Menu Booklet although there is a Menu Poster with Prices listed located near to Drinks Section as you can see in my Photo.
2) Go up to the Cashier. I reckon the Person manning it is the Owner of the Place. He is Extremely Busy directing orders to his Staffs etc. I stood there at the Cashier waiting for him for at least a Full Minute before he could attend to me. He does use a (No Smile) Polite Tone initially, but it soon quickly changed.
3) After giving my Order, he spoke something really quickly in Malay which I wasn't able to catch.
Only after awhile, I realized he was trying to ask if I wanted to Takeaway or Dine-In.
4) After I told him "Makan Sini" (Dining In), he then gave me a Plastic Card. No Idea what this Card is for, once again he babbled something quickly in Malay again. Only thru some Difficulty did I realize that this Plastic Card is used as a Table Number Thing that I should put on my Table and that I can also use it to tap to pay at the End of the Meal. This is a Unique Payment system used here that I have not encountered in any other Malaysian Indian Mamak Eatery.
What immediately dropped the Mood for me, was his Follow Up Response of an Irritated Sigh and the Infamous Irritated "Tsk" Sound he did to me. I especially HATE this "Tsk" Sound and this is an Expression that a Front Facing Customer Staff should NEVER ever use towards a Customer.
Now I understand his Frustration at needing to explain their procedure to a Clueless 1st Time Customer but to be fair, they do have a Unique Payment System that I've never encountered before. Is it really so hard to be abit More Patient? If I was already treated like this even when I could understand abit of Basic Malay on a Weekday, I cannot imagine how much worse it would be for a Foreigner who don't even know the Language on a WEEKEND. Now I'm not insisting for him to speak English to me, but at the very least be abit more Patient thats all.
Anyway my Smile left my Face, and Any Mood that I might have had immediately dropped to Rock Bottom and I firmly decided that this Place can only get my Lowest Score. I haven't eaten my Food and this Encounter already Soured my Mood. Ughhh. Anyway, it took 3 Mins for the Teh O Halia Kosong, and 7 Mins for the Roti Sardin to serve up.
Teh O Halia Kosong = RM2.50
Moving on, this is a Really Rich and Gao Gao Solid Ginger Tea brewed from Real Ginger. I'm not kidding about the Gao Gao Solid because this may be one of the Strongest and Richest Real Ginger Tea I may have drank in Malaysia. Without even drinking, you can even see how Gao Gao it looked in the Photo.
It was so Gingery Spicy Gao Gao that the Gingery Spiciness lingered in my Throat and stayed there for a long while. Indian Mamak Eateries make the Best Teh Halia indeed. Not many people will enjoy such a Raw Gingery Spiciness Tea like this, but if you are someone who do, I reckon you'll love the version here.

Roti Sardin = RM5.00
Quality of the Red Sambal
This is served with the Roti Sardin and I found it tasting quite Unique. The 1st Taste of this was it was made using Sardines? I cannot confirm if it is, but its a Very Familiar Ingredient that I've eaten before somewhere. If it is Sardines, then this may be the 1st Fish-Based Sambal that I've ever eaten.
It was Elevated Spicy too, this Sambal will bite and linger long and hard on your Tongue. People who are used to Spicy will probably be ok with this though. If you absolutely cannot take Spicy though, I would recommend to steer clear because you might not be able to take its Spicy Assault. Real Solid Sambal.

Quality of the Dhall
Potato Based but not Overly Potatoey, this was Thick but Not Gluey. There were also Slices of Onions within.
Sweetish in Taste but also Not too Sweet, this was a Very Decent Quality Dhall.

Quality of the Curry
I think this is Mutton Curry? It has a Unique Slight Sourish Presence that I thought helped opened up my Appetite.
This Sourish is not Chao Sng btw. Rich and Creamy, this was Good.

The Roti Sardin itself
Ordered this only because HongisBored raved about it. Its a Big Piece that is cut in 2 when presented.
The Amount of Filling within are Sardines and Onions are they are not Stingy with the Amount Given, really Generous and Gao Gao Thick.

The Prata Dough itself had an Initial Crispy Bite but will also Quickly go Nua Nua so its best to eat this Quickly. Try to imagine eating a Whole Mouthful of Sardines sandwiched between 2 Softly Crispy Prata Layer and you will roughly get what this Tastes like.
Ah Hong is Correct, this Roti Sardin is indeed Good to Eat on its own even without any Sambal or Sauces.
If you do add them, they will help enhance it even more with a Creamy Spicy Kick. Very Nicely Done.

Conclusion and Closing Thoughts
At the Price of RM2.50 (S$0.80) for this Teh-O-Halia Kosong, I legit can confirm that this may be the Most Gao Gao Gingery Spicy Ginger Tea made from Real Ginger that I have drink in Malaysia so far as of this Post.
Really Gingery Spicy lingering on your Throat for Long. This is Not a Drink that Many People will appreciate but if you are someone who do, I feel you will certainly enjoy this version.
At the Price of RM5.00 (S$1.60) for this Roti Sardin is definitely worth the Price because of how Generous they give for the Sardines and Onion Filling. I agree with Ah Hong from HongisBored in his assessment of this, that it is Delicious on its own even without adding any Gravy or Sauces.
In addition, I also thought their "Sardines-Based" Sambal is also something Very Unique that I've not had before so don't miss it out if you want to try this provided you can take Spicy.

None of the Staffs were helpful or willing to assist because even when I nicely approached them, all I got in return was just a Distant Blank Face like as if I was talking to a Wall. Not even a Simple Smile. Like I mentioned in the Review, it felt like ๆ่งๅฅฝๅ่ทๆญปไบบ่ฎฒ่ฏไธๆ ท.
Even the Owner himself had Very Poor Customer Service. Because No Matter how Frustrated you are with a Customer, as a Front Customer Facing Personnel, you should NEVER do the Infamous Irritated "Tsk Sound" right in front of them. Not a Very Patient Person at all, you are expected to be Fluent in Malay or Understand their Unique Plastic Card System even as a 1st Time Customer to this Place. Perhaps it was just a Bad Day when I visted? Who knows.
Really Good Teh Halia and Generous Non-Stingy Roti Sardin, but unfortunately not a Place that I'll re-visit again I'm afraid. I hope you have a Better Experience than me. This is the Only Lowest Score I give for my Kulai Trip.
