This Eatery is just located right next to 瑪嘉烈蛋撻店 Margaret's Café e Nata, the Popular Egg Tart Place I reviewed previously. 🥧 Although there are No Queues, there are still alot of Customers within. 👍 According to the Friendly Young Serving Chap apparently this place has been around for at least 53 years already. 😳 Its a Cozy Little Cha Chaan Teng and has a Friendly Vibe to it. 😄

Among the HK Milk Teas I've tried so far in this trip, this is by far the best presented one so far. ☕😋 Instead of just 1 Single Cup of Milk Tea, they give you a Pot of Hot Black Tea, 🫖 a Cup half filled with Milk 🥛 and a Little Sieve to sieve out any Tea Leaves.
I LOVE this Customized Method because in this way you can control the Strength of your Tea, 🫖 or how much Milk you want. 🥛 When Mixed with Milk, I thought it had a Very Smooth Taste. 😋
I must re-iterate, something about HK Milk Tea makes it taste really nice compared to the Regular Milk Tea we have in Singapore. 🤔 I also drank it Kosong without Milk and it was Super Strong! Fwah! 😳 Never realized that Tea can Wake People Up like Coffee does, but there ya go! 😅

Pork Chop Bun is a Classic Macau Food and OMG THE ONE SOLD HERE TASTES SO GOOD!!!! ❤️ It also took the Longest to be served up, I think at least 8mins? 🤔 In fact while waiting for it, I thought they might even have forgotten my order. 😅 When it was finally served up though, I know WHY it took so long. Thats because the Pork Chop was FRESH BOILING HOT OFF THE PAN! Wow! 🔥🔥🔥😳
The Whole thing is really very Simple. Just 2 Pieces of Bun 🥯 and a Single Slab of Pork Chop. 🐷🥩 Thats it. No Veggie, No Condiment, Not Even any Butter. 🤔
The Buns were Huge and they were Perfectly Toasted to Perfection. 🥯🔥 Crispy with a Delightful Crunch! The Star of the Show however has to be the Beautiful Slab of Pork Chop! Wah... this Pork Chop is as Soft as Butter! You know when you normally eat Pork Chop, it will usually have a Slight Meaty Bite to it? Not this one! 🐷🥩😳
My Brain Temporarily Stopped Working the Moment I bit into it ... AIYOH OH MY GOODNESS!!!! WAHHHHHHH!!!!!! 🤯🤯🤯
This Pork Chop was SO SOFT, your Teeth can just bite through it WITHOUT ANY RESISTANCE!! I have seriously never ever eaten Pork Chop made at such a level, I'd compare this to be basically like eating a A5 Wagyu Sirloin! Yes, i'm not kidding its THAT SOFT! 🐷❤️
This is A5 Wagyu Level of Pork Chop if it makes any sense. I don't even need to chew and it just slide down my Throat like Butter omg. 🐷😳
This is even more Mystifying to me culinarily because I believe this is a piece of Pork Loin, and normally such Tenderness from Loin Meat isn't easily achieved. Somehow this Eatery has done it. 🐷😳
That said, this Pork Chop does come with Bones so you do need to be careful about it. 🥩🤔 And because its Fresh Off the Pan, it is also Very Oily with every Bite of it causing Oil to drip all over the place. Pairing this Pork Chop with the Bun though was the Perfect Combo with the Toasted Bun soaking up the Oil and eating it together with that Insane Pork Chop was Pure Bliss! 🐷❤️ THIS is how you make a Good Pork Burger!
Eating this and Drinking that Pot of HK Milk Tea was Perfect as they Paired Beautifully in further helping to cut any additional Greasiness. 🐷🫖😋
