This Eatery is apparently Famous for their Black Pepper Goose Leg 🪿🍗 but unfortunately it was sold out when I was there and I was recommended to try Black Pepper Roast Duck which was their next popular item. 🦆🍗 I figured since I have not yet eaten Roast Duck yet, why not. 👍

It was really packed and crowded during Lunch Hours when I was there. 😳 The Whole Place had a very Old School Crowded and Chaotic Hong Kong Eatery sort of feel that you normally see in HK Movies as you can see in my Attached Video. 🇭🇰😅

The Wonderful Thing about Eateries in Hong Kong (or Macau) is that even though they may be Crowded, as long as you are a Solo Traveller, all you need to do is walk in, tell the Staff you're a Solo Diner 🙋‍♂️ and they will automatically help you find a Seat which will require you to share tables with others. 🪑👍

In Hong Kong (and Macau) Eateries, you are expected to share seats with others especially during Peak Hours. 🕒🤔 So it is actually much easier for a Solo Traveller compared to travelling in a Group. 👍 Although it was a Lunch Time Rush Hour, the Auntie Staffs were still Friendly and perhaps because I spoke Cantonese with them, I got a talking to 大姐 type of feel. 😄

🦆🍗 黑胡椒燒鴨肶飯 Black Pepper Roasted Duck Leg (No Rice) = HKD75.00

The Duck Leg itself is on the Wetter Side. 🦆🍗 Skin is Crispy but not the Super Crispy type. It does have an Elegant and Mild taste of Black Pepper that is not Overpowering. 🦆😋

The Sauce they lum over this is not overly salty. Meat is Tender and Juicy to the Bite. 🍖😋 I like how the Black Pepper is nicely incorporated. I reckon they swab the insides with Black Pepper to marinate it just before Roasting. 👍

It was a pity I wasn't able to try their Black Pepper Goose Leg but this was still a Nice Meal and Black Pepper is a slightly unusual flavour thats used for Roast Duck. 🦆🤔 I don't think I've seen this done in Singapore or JB before.

It was certainly a Refreshing Change from the usual Dang Gui Roasted Ducks we're used to having. 🦆😅 If you are in Macau, I can recommend to give this place a try. 👍
