Ding Bian Hu (鼎边湖) = RM8.00

This is yet another Foo Chow Dish that I've never heard before in Singapore. 🤔
At first look, the Dish looks like Mee Hoon Kueh. According to some Locals, the Ding Bian Hu sold at this stall isn't Authentic as they use Kueh Chap Kueh instead. 🤔

Original Ding Bian Hu is supposed to be Rice Flour Batter poured around the Side of a Cooking Wok to form a Noodle. 🍜🤔
Nevertheless, I still enjoyed the version here as the Kueh is Really Very Silky Soft and Smooth and slides down your Throat easily. 😋 Portion is Acceptable and Filling for the Price.

The Soul of the Dish is definitely the Broth as it is a Very Hot, Comforting and Very Savoury Fishball Soup. 🍲😋 This is an Excellent Way to Really Warm Up your Tummy. 😋 It feels abit like eating Kueh Chap Kueh with Fishball Noodle Soup and I easily drank it Dry. Tasted so Good!

The Other Ingredients consists of Strips of Leek, 🥬 木耳 Wood Ear Mushrooms, 🍄 and Pieces of Fish Paste 🐟 that doesn't taste Fishy. Everything comes together in a Very Nice Savoury Combo. The Whole Dish tasted really nice and I could see quite a few people ordering this for Breakfast too. 🍲😋
Even though not Authentic Ding Bian Hu, I still enjoyed this meal and would recommend for anyone to give this a try. 👍
