🍦 Ais Krim Bergula Apong (Small) = RM2.50

Gula Apong is a very popular Sugar here in Kuching and its used in many Desserts such as the Ice Cream here. 🍦 That said, I wonder if there are any difference between "Gula Apong" and Bergula Apong"? 🤔 This is a small stall located within this mini hawker center called "Tower Market". Love the 老夫子 graffiti art. 😄

At first taste, this reminds me of our Singapore 7-11 Mr Softee Chendol but not as gritty in texture. 🍦🤔 The Gula Apong taste is quite strong here and interestingly, I'd describe it as having a "Slightly Burnt Honey Taste" 🍯🤔 that also has a very subtle borderline Alcoholic Taste even though there is no indication that this is Alcoholic. 🤔

This was quite interesting because I've tasted Gula Apong earlier in Sarawak Coffee and it didn't exactly taste like this. Perhaps its a different variation? 🤔 While its a very small cup, I feel the price is still ok, as the Gula Apong here does have an interesting taste. 😋

Gula Apong Ice Cream is sold everywhere in Kuching so its not a must to come to this particular place ot eat this. 🍦 If you're near this area though, why not. This Tower Market also has other foodstuffs you can give it a try too. 👍
