鑫宏艺美食坊 is just a Regular Kopitiam in Taman Desa Tebrau. From what I gather about from the Google Reviewers, it is quite a Famous Place that used to be located elsewhere in the past? Anyway I was intrigued when a Number of them mentioned about the YTF in this Place so I thought I'd give it a try.
The Whole Kopitiam as you can see is actually quite Crowded and Popular 热闹人气 with the Locals at 8.30am on a Saturday Morning. Always good to see a Lively Kopitiam like this for sure.
Other than this YTF Stall, I spotted some Customers buying a Claypot Noodle that looked really good too. I'll be sure to re-visit this in the Future to review!

Anyway the YTF Stall as you can see is Nameless and is located right next to the Main Entrance of the Kopitiam.

How to Order your Food:
This is Not a YTF Stall where you manually choose the items yourself and pass it to the Owner. Instead, point to whatever you want, then tell them how you'd like it to be cooked (Standard YTF Options like Soup, Dry, Curry, what type of Carbs you want etc) It took about 5 Mins for the Dish to be served up.
This is of course from the Kopitiam itself which was served up quickly in 1 Min.
Decent Tasting, Slightly Bitter but Not Super Gao Gao, but also Not Overly Dilluted. Still a Strong Kopi that will Wake you Up. Decent and Average Acceptable.

YTF (5 Random Pieces, No Carbs) = RM10.00
The Chilli Condiment they serve for this has a Strong Garlic Base with a Sourish Twang and an Elevated Level of Spiciness that doesn't bite but does linger long on your Tongue. Decent Chilli.
Nice Soup. I think this is a Boiled Pork + Fish Soup? Nicely Meaty Savoury and Slightly Saltish but not overly so. I won't call this Super Amazing, but it is Decent and tastes better than Most SG Kopitiam/Food Court Level of YTF Dilluted MSG Infused Plain Soup.
Taupok
I like this as a Soup Absorber. Slight Firmish Texture and I like the Little Piece of Pork Meat in the Middle giving a Nice Shot of Saltish Porky Meatiness. Not Bad.
Another Classic YTF Ingredient, this was Nicely Bitter without it being Overly So. Soft and Tender to the Bite, again I enjoy the Bouncy and Saltish Pork Middle. SG Versions tend to use Fish Paste instead for this.
Ladyfinger
Again, the Filling uses Pork, Not Fish Paste like SG. Nice, Soft and Slimy as how a Ladyfinger is supposed to taste.
Brinjal
Creamy, Soft and Tender and yes you guessed it again, a Nice Decent Saltish Pork Filling Middle.
Same Pork Middle, and I like the Melt in Mouth Creamy Smooth inside of this Tofu.
Some Veggies were also added, and they tasted Decent with No Wierd or Sandy taste.

Conclusion and Closing Thoughts
At the Price of RM2.10 (S$0.70) is definitely an Affordable Price for this Kopi-O-Kosong.
That said this is also not a Super Amazing Gao Gao Drink. Decent but also Average Acceptable for a Regular Kopitiam Level. It is what it is.
At the Price of RM10.00 (S$3.20) for a Random 5 Pieces YTF with No Carbs is also an Decent Price. Although not a Dish that I feel its worth to Specifically come to JB to eat, the Soup Quality is good enough, that everything soaked with it taste decent. If anything, it is at least Above Most SG Kopitiam / Food Court Level of Diluted Plain Water Soup.
The Next Thing that I notice especially is the Decent Tasting Saltish Pork Filling that is used in Every Piece of YTF Pieces. Salted Nicely and Never Overly Piggy, this Filling gave a Satisfying Meaty Presence to every YTF Pieces that I chose. Even Eating without any Carbs, I felt the Meal was Filling.
SG Styled YTF is Noticeably Different which uses more Fish Paste and as such, this YTF here have a More Meaty 重口味 Profile. Both Style of YTF are equally Nice for YTF, its just which one you prefer only.
I agree with the Google Reviewers who mentioned this YTF Stall that its not bad. While I don't feel its worth to specifically come to JB to eat this, I definitely can recommend it if you are in the Taman Desa Tebrau Area. This Kopitiam itself is Popular and 热闹人气 as you can see and I won't mind coming back to check out more Food Stalls here in the Future!
