Located at a Corner of Paradigm Mall, this Modern Indian Mamak Restoran has a Modern Natural Greenery Aesthetic. 🌿 Not a Very Big Place, I like the Waterfall Feature adorably showcasing a Can doing Teh Tarik. ☕ They also have a Outdoor Dining area if you want. 👍
The Staffs are Friendly, Polite and keep to themselves. Not Crowded on a Friday Morning, there were 3 tables of Customers including me. It took 2 Mins for the Teh-O-Halia and 13 Mins for the Prata which although seems very long, also means it is Made Piping Hot Fresh.

How to order your Food

1004 Teh O Halia (Hot, No Sugar) = RM4.00

Served in a Relatively Large Cup, the 1st Thing that impressed me was how Deeply Brown this Drink was with a Solid Fragrant Aroma of Ginger. ☕🫚 And to my Delight, this is a Very Gao Gao Ginger Tea made from Real Ginger, and not some Simple Cheap Tea Bag. 🫚
Hot, Spicy and Gingery as it goes down the Gullet, this was an Excellent Drink to start the Day. ☕👍 A Zero Sugar Raw Ginger Tea like this is not a Drink for Everyone, but those who do enjoy this will appreciate for what it is. Nice.

3001 Pratha Kosong Set (2 Pieces) = RM6.00

Interestingly, they call this Pratha here in this Restoran, not Roti Canai. As mentioned, needing 13 Mins to serve this up felt kindda long especially on a Weekday Morning but it is Made Fresh.
🍲 Quality of the Dhall

This Dhall is Noticeably Potatoey in Texture and the Amount of 印度味 Spices is on the Milder Side, not the Very Gao Gao type. 🌿 This tasted More Savory, almost leaning more like a Western-Styled Soup actually.
Spiciness is also Very Mild to the point of being Almost Non-Existent. 🤔 I personally prefer Mutton Curry when eating Roti Pratha, but this Dhall is Not Bad if you are ok with a More Milder Version. 🍲

Quality of the 2 Pieces of Prathas (Kosong)

I was immediately impressed when this was served up and I don't know if the Camera captured it, but I thought the 2 of them looked Huge! 😳 Its the Classic Indian styled "Use hand to Slam Slam Slam" type of Prata. 👋 Of course it exudes a Delicious Appetizing 油香味 Aroma. 😋
I would describe this Prata as Very "Pong Pong" Big and Fluffy. 😋 I like the Nice Soft Crisp Outer Layer with a Slightly Softer Inner Layer. Not Oily at all, eating this Plain by itself had a Slight Sweetness and Not Doughy at all. 😋 This is a Pratha that taste Very Decent even when eaten on its own Kosong without any Gravy.

Eating this with the Dhall adds a Savoury Potatoey Creaminess with a Very Gentle Mild Heat to the Bite. Big and Satisfying to hold and eat, this was a Well Made Prata. 👍

Conclusion and Closing Thoughts

At the Price of RM4.00 (S$1.30) for this Teh-O-Halia is definitely worth the Money. I am legit impressed that they did not just simply cut corners and served a Basic Tea using Tea-Bag. ☕ Real Ginger is used for this and its Actually Robust and Gao Gao Gingery Spicy. 🫚

This is quite Rare to see for a Mall Eatery to actually use Real Ginger like this instead of a Simple Tea-Bag. 🫚☕ Obviously not a Drink that has Mass Appeal, People who do enjoy Teh-O-Halia like this will not be Disappointed with the Quality here. Indeed 真材實料. 👍

At the Price of RM6.00 (S$1.90) for 2 Pieces of Kosong Pratha was also a Very Acceptable Price. 👍

Although it took quite long at 13 Mins to serve up, this is Not a Low Effort Pratha. 👍 Delightfully Outside Crispy and Inside Soft and Fluffy and Never Doughy, pairing this to eat with their Very Potatoey Dhall was Delightful. 🍲

Big and Satisfying to hold and Eat, I would even rate this as Above Quality compared to a Typical Standard SG Kopitiam Level of Prata. Washed down with that Natural Gao Gao Hot and Spicy Real Ginger Tea, 🫚☕ this was a Satisfying Breakfast to kickstart the Day. 🌞
This Restoran legit surprised me. Because its a Mall-Level type of Modern Indian Mamak, I did not hold much Expectations and expected them to use all sorts of Methods to Scrimp or Shortcut 🤔 (Eg: Use a Tea-Bag for their Teh-Halia) or a Typical Cold Limp Pratha.

I am legit impressed that this is Absolutely Not the Case and there are Actual Effort and Decent Quality in the Items that I ordered.
Job Well Done Lads! 👍

If you are looking for some Breakfast or Craving for some Indian-Mamak Styled Roti Canai / Prathas, I can definitely recommend this Restoran to give it a Try.👍 I certainly enjoyed my Time here. 😋
