Compared to Kim Gary that I reviewed previously, this is a HK Cha Chaan TnG, that is renovated to feel more like Stereotypical HK Cha Chaan TnG. 😅 The Music they play here are Canto Evergreens sometimes in Mandarin, sometimes in Canto. 🎵🎶
As I did further research, I think this is a F&B Franchise from KL? 🇲🇾🤔 Relatively Large Place, Bright and Colourful. Just like what Most Google Reviewers mentioned, this place is Never Crowded or Full even during Weekends. 🤔 Most of the Staffs here are Myanmar Folks who are Polite and Mostly Keep to Themselves. 👍 It took 2 Mins for the Tea, and 6 Mins for the Beef Noodles. Everything was served up within 6 Mins.

I liked that this is Part of a Combo Set which made it Slightly Cheaper at RM4.00. If you were to get this Ala-Carte, it would be RM8.00 🤔 Served in a Big Cup, I liked that they correctly followed my Request for No Sugar. ☕ That said, they still provided a Small Sachet of Sugar for anyone who needs.
I'm glad to inform that this taste Accurate to an Authentic HK Milk Tea that I have drank in Hong Kong itself. ☕😋 The Mix of Rich Creaminess and Robust Tea Flavour is Done Correctly. Nicely Done, this taste Legit.

I'll be honest, I didn't get the Chance to eat HK Beef Noodles in Hong Kong itself. Heck, I didn't even know Beef Noodles is a Classic HK Dish tbh. 🍜 As such, I cannot confirm that this Taste Truly Authentic. 😅
The Chilli Condiment on the Side has a Bright Orangey Appearance kindda resembling Chicken Rice Chilli. 🌶️ It has an Elevated Level of Spiciness while doesn't bite, will still linger on your Tongue. 🌶️
Has a Almost Sourish Taste Profile and tastes quite close to Chicken Rice type of Chilli Sauce. Not Bad Chilli.
The Dish itself is Decently Presented in a Relatively Large Bowl which consists of:
🍜 Noodles (Hor Fun)
🍲 Soup Broth
🐮 2 Pieces of Beef Brisket
🐮 2 Pieces of Beef Stomach
🐮 4 Pieces of Beef Tendon
There is a Noticeable Aroma of Sesame Oil 麻油 wafting from this. 🍯 The Soup itself tastes More Braised than Beefy, Slightly Sweetish but not Overly So.
I detected a Slight Bit of MSG Added although not too much. 🐮🤔 Overall a Decent Tasting Slightly Sweetish Braised Taste with a Slight Hint of 麻油味 as an Aftertaste. 🍯🤔 Not Overly Oily, Not Super Amazing but Not Bad Tasting.
🍜 Quality of the Noodles (Hor Fun)
You have a Choice of the type of Noodle Carbs and I chose this Hor Fun (Kway Teow). Most Likely from a Package, I felt I made a Right Choice because this Kway Teow had a 软绵绵 Soft Texture that was Very Slurppable and Slide Down Smooth and Easy down my Throat. 🍜😋 Especially Shiok when soaked with that Decent Sweetish Soup Broth. Together with a Sprinkling of 酸菜 and Spring Onion, it was nice to 大口大口吃 this. 😋
🐮 Quality of the Beef Brisket
2 Pieces of these, they were not the Melt in Mouth type but still Tender enough and retains abit of Meatiness. 🍖😋 I enjoyed the Release of Gao Gao Beefiness as I bite into them. This was a Decently Done Brisket. 👍
🐮 Quality of the Beef Stomach
Soft and Tender, I really like the "Soft Carpet-Like Texture" brushing the Roof of my Mouth as I ate this. 🐮😋 No Wierd Taste and Soaked Nicely with that Broth, this was Nicely Beefy and Savoury.
🐮 Quality of the Beef Tendons
Came in Big Pieces. This was the Best of the Bunch. 👍 Soft Melt in Mouth Quality, and again soaked Beautifully with that Broth, this Dissolved Nicely and Went Down Easy. 😋

At the Price of RM4.00 (S$1.30) when you order this as part of a Set, this HK Milk Tea tastes Legit Authentic to a HK Milk Tea that I tasted in Hong Kong itself. 🇭🇰☕
Rich, Creamy with a Robust Tea Flavour, this was Done Correctly. Even better and More Value for Money if you can get this as Part of a Set at RM4.00 (S$1.30) instead of paying the Ala-Carte Price of RM8.00 (S$2.50) 👍

It did get abit Jelak due to the Injection of the Beefiness for me Mid-Meal, 🐮🍜 but the Chilli Sauce they provided helped loads to try hit the Jelakness away by bringing in a Spiciness that enhanced the Dish. 🌶️ Ending the Whole Meal with a Cup of that Hot and Legit Tasting HK-Milk Tea rounded off the Meal Beautifully. ☕
Overall, I have no issues with this Eatery. Prices felt Reasonable for what they are, and I'm especially happy that the HK Milk Tea actually taste Legit and Authentic Enough. ☕👍 No issues with Customer Service and everything else.
My Only Concern is how Empty and Lack of Customers this is. 🤔 Throughout my 2 Days of Observing this Eatery on Weekdays, its never Crowded with Customers and if the Google Reviewers are right, even Weekend also not really Crowded at all. 🤔 I do wonder how they can sustain if this is the Situation.
Overall, I enjoyed my time at this Eatery and I can recommend this if you are in the Mood for some HK-Styled Cha Chaan Tng Dishes. 🇭🇰 Very Decent HK Milk Tea, I wouldn't mind coming back here to indulge in another Cup and try their other Dishes. ☕😋
