This is a Michelin Bib Gourmand Food Stall.
Yam Rice 芋头饭 is not something new to Singaporeans because this is a Common Rice Variation that we would eat for 猪杂汤. 🐷🍲 There is quite an Interesting Story behind this Eatery. According to some sources I've read, apparently the Owner enjoyed eating Yam Rice so much when he was in Singapore, 🇸🇬 he went back to Penang, and tweaked the First Yam Rice Stall at Bukit Mertajam in 1983. 🇲🇾🤔
Everytime when we talk about Singapore or Malaysia Foods, its always a Cute Sibling Rivalry as to who invented what first. 🇸🇬🇲🇾😅 Usually Malaysia will claim to be Origin. I think this may be the First Time that a Dish actually has a Singapore Origin instead? 🇸🇬🤔 Please don't fight in the Comments ok? 😅

At its Core, this is basically 豬杂汤 that we are all Very Familiar with. 🐷🍲 The Eatery itself is a Big and Old Looking Kopitiam. There were noticeably quite alot of Customers although not Full House on a Thursday Morning at 9.00am. 🌞 Its not Airconditioned although it was still quite Airy and Cooling. 🌬️
The First Thing that you will notice as you step in is that Big Pot of Boiling Broth right at the Front bubbling away. 🍲 The Staffs are Friendly and Keep to Themselves, and I was slightly Amused with a Cute Little Poster they had that seeked Customer's Understanding if the Staffs forgot to Smile when they're Busy. 😅
Before taking a Seat, just go ahead and order what you want. 📝 Its very Easy to order too if you want Every Parts Cham Cham. 🐷👍 They even have a Specific Mixed Bowl in their Menu. It was served up very promptly in 2 Mins.

The Most Comprehensive Selection of Pig Spare Parts I've ever eaten so far for a 猪杂汤.
Now the Big Difference that this Place was compared to regular Pig Organ Soup in Singapore is the Sheer Variety of Pig Spare Parts that are available. 🐷😳
In Singapore, its usually just Pork Meat, 🍖 Belly, Intestines, Liver and Meatballs. In here, in addition to the usual, there are Heart, Tongue, Kidney, Stomach, and of course Pig Blood. 🐷😋 I think other than Brain, Basically EVERY Spare Parts you can think of, its all here. 🐷😅 This may be the Most Comprehensive 猪杂汤 I've ever eaten so far. Not even in JB have I had a Spare Part list that is so Comprehensive. 😅 Truly worthy of the 猪杂汤 name. Heck I think they should rename it to 猪全杂汤! 😅
I won't describe in detail every Spare Parts, so I'll just pick a Few. The Pig Blood here is Not Super Firm, also Not Super Soft. 🐷👍 Texture was just nice. I also liked that it was served in Quite Big Cuts. All the Different Various Spare Parts are Nicely Cooked, No Overly Piggy 猪腥味. 🐷😋 Meatballs tasted like they're Handmade, Firm and Bouncy.

Quality of the Soup BrothSoup Broth has a Nice Delicious Slightly Sharp Mustard Green 酸菜味. 🥬 Admittedly not Super Mind Blowing, but this is an Above Average Decent Quality Soup Broth. 🍲👍

Uniquely Different Chilli
The Chilli they have here tastes Very Different compared to the Type of Chilli we have in Pig Organ Soup in Singapore. 🌶️🤔 For one thing, its mixed with a Dark Soy Sauce, Much Thicker in Texture and Sharply Salty intead of Sourish. 🤔
A Tad Stronger in Spiciness too as it will Gently Bite your Tongue with a Heat that Lingers Longer. 🌶️ Nice Chilli Mix they got here, and I feel also pairs well with 猪杂汤.
Ok you've described EVERYTHING but their Actual 招牌 Yam Rice. How does it actually taste?
一句话: Meh.
Firstly, I wasn't impressed with the Amount of Rice they gave for their Default Bowl. 🍚🫤 It looks Quite Stingy with maybe at most only 5 Tablespoons? 🤔 I'll be Very Honest, other than maybe a Slightly Fluffier Texture, I dont think this Yam Rice really taste any different from Singapore Version.🍚🤔 In fact I even feel the Yam Taste is slightly more Subdued in comparison to some Yam Rice we have in SG. 🍚😅

No Offence, but I have No Idea why this is considered Michelin Standard. 🍚🤔 It tastes like Very Common SG Kopitiam Level of Yam Rice. Hahaha, maybe the Michelin Inspector never eat Yam Rice before? 🍚😅 Side Note: My Regular Aircon-Servicing Guy who is Malaysian himself LOVES the Yam Rice here too. I guess Everyone really have their own Different Tastes. 😅
🥤 Barley (Hot, No Sugar) = RM2.00
This Eatery surprisingly don't sell any Coffee so I ordered this. Taste quite Meh, tbh kindda taste abit Dilluted even. 🤔 It doesn't even have any Barley Oat Groats within. I don't feel this is worth the Money. Skip this. 🥤🤔

Conclusion and Closing Thoughts
At the Price of RM13.00 (S$3.90), I feel this is an Affordable and Above Average Bowl of 猪杂汤 with what is the Most Comprehensive Listing of Pig Spare Parts I've ever eaten so far. 🐷 It is worth the Price because of how Comprehensive it is. You're getting Almost Every Part of the Pig right here. 🐷😅
That said, Amusingly, the Most Disappointing Item is their Literal 招牌 Michelin-Awarded Yam Rice. 🍚😅 Amount felt so Stingy and the Taste really tasted Very Meh in my opinion. I'm still asking myself WHY was Michelin awarded for this Quality? 🤔
I'm ultimately giving this my Average Score because although this is the Most Comprehensive List of Pig Spare Parts i've ever eaten for a 猪杂汤, I don't feel it is really worth the Effort to specifically come here to eat. 🤔 Because of how Stingy the Portion of Rice was, I actually felt 吃不饱 when I was here. 😅
Don't let my Average Score deter you from this place though. This is still a Above Average Quality Pig Organ Soup and if you have a Craving for it while you're in the Area, sure why not give this a try. 👍 I personally don't feel its worth Queuing Up for sure though. That said this Eatery does have its Fans. At least the Michelin Inspector and my Regular Air-Con Guy enjoyed it. 😅
