This was a Fish Soup / Seafood Soup Eatery that was recommended by Rask Rask from my Former FB Group. I thought I'd swing over to check it out since I was exploring Johor Jaya.
Located among a Row of Shophouses, its a Kopitiam looking Place that is quite Popular with the Locals on a Weekend 9.00am Morning when I was there. Nicely Renovated and Cleanly Maintained. Because the Staffs seems to be very busy running about, don't expect to be Greeted or anything if you were to enter. So just Self-Service grab a Menu Booklet and take your Seat.

It was only when I was seated down and browsing through the Menu was I then approached by one of the Staffs who advised I can either order directly from them or scan the QR Code.
As I observed, all of the Staffs were Acceptably Polite, but not the Friendly with Smiles type, and Mostly Reserved and keep to themselves. Anyway it took about 5 Mins for both Dishes to be served up together. Not Bad Timing for the Elevated Level of Customers when I was there.

Quality of the Chilli Condiments
The Chillis they have here are some Sliced Chilli and a Red Chilli Sambal Paste. The Sambal is a Bitingly Strong tad Spicy Belecan based with a Robust Taste and Bite. Slightly Earthy too. Not Bad Quality for a Sambal.

Quality of the Soup Broth
Both Dishes uses the Same Clear Soup. Appearance looks Oily with Splotches of Oil on the Surface but isn't Oily Tasting. Sweetish Savoury Tasting, Not Fishy at all. It tastes like some MSG is used although not alot.
Nothing Particularly Amazing, this is a Classic Standard 清甜 海鲜汤 type of Soup. Although Not Overly Salty, I wouldn't recommend drinking this Dry if you have a Habit of Drinking Soups like this.

D12 Sliced Fish Soup (Small, No Carbs) = RM12.00
Nothing Special about the Presentation, very Standard Fish Soup Appearance.
Of course I dissected it Closely as I always do. The Dish comes with:
9 Slices of Fish
4 Small Cubes of Tofu
Quarter of a Tomato
Bunch of Veggies

Not sure what type of Fish is this, but I thought the Fishiness 鱼腥味 is a Tad Elevated. Its not like Overly Fishy type but definitely More Fishier than Usual for me.
Texture is Soft and Tender Melt in Mouth, not the Bouncy Firm type of Texture. In the Menu, you have a choice to choose Fish Tummy too which I did and they tasted Collageny Soft and Creamy. Nothing special about the Rest of the Ingredients. The Whole DIsh tastes like a Very Standard SG Kopitiam Level of 鱼片汤.

B12 Fried Mackerel Fish Soup (Small, No Carbs) = RM12.00
For this Dish, it comes with:
3 Large Pieces of Fried Mackerel Slices
4 Small Cubes of Tofu
Quarter of a Tomato
Bunch of Veggies

Compared to the Menu Picture of this Dish, the Actual Dish isn't as Impressive, the Fried Mackerel Slices are Smaller. That said, I do like the Decent Fried Mackeral Fish Flavour. They are Nicely Salted, no Fishy or 臭鱼味 with a Decent 油香味.
Meat is Nice and Firm with a Juicy Bite. The Quality of this Fried Mackerel is comparable to a Similar One you would normally get from a Typical Cai Fan Stall (if you dare to take this Ingredient of course hahaha)

Dunno if its because there are 3 Pieces of Fried Mackerel here, it feels like I'm getting Slightly More Fish Meat compared to their Sliced Fish Soup even though both are Priced the Same. Again, nothing special about the rest of the Ingredients. This Dish is exactly the same except a Different Type of Main Protein that's all.

----------------------------------------------------------
Conclusion and Closing Thoughts
At the Price of RM12.00 (S$4.00), both Dishes were Priced the Same with Different Variation of Main Protein. Slightly Affordable compared to Singapore, but also not that Affordable if you consider the Time, Money and Effort to come here to Taman Johor Jaya.
Ultimately I thought the Very Average Tasting Soup felt abit Meh for me. I mean its not terrible or anything, but I personally find this tasting not that much different from a Typical SG Kopitiam Level of 鱼汤 taste. A Very Classic 清甜 enhanced by MSG type of Soup.

As for the Dish itself, I personally prefer the Fried Mackerel version because I don't know why but it just felt like I'm getting More Fish to Bite in comparison.
Overall Nothing Wrong with this Place, but also Nothing Particularly Amazing to want me to specifically come to JB to eat this. Actually I would recommend Ho Chuai Yong Fish Soup in Larkin if you are looking for a Decent Fish Soup which you can read my Past Review for it if you want.

Don't let my Average Score deter you from this Place. They seem pretty popular with the Locals and the Eatery itself looks like it has some age, so they must obviously be doing something right to have their Fans.
If you are here in Taman Johor Jaya and near to this Area craving for some Fish Soup, sure why not swing by to give it a try to see if this is 适合你的口味.
