Today's JB Trip brings me to a Classic Familiar Suburb: Bukit Indah
Boy have I found a few Interesting Recommendations! Roast Goose in Bukit Indah anyone? ๐
Aeon Mall Bukit Indah is definitely THE Shopping Mall to visit especially for Westies going to JB via the Tuas 2nd Link. ❤️ Its such a Popular Mall that I reckon its probably considered the "City Square of the West" for Westies. ๐
It is of course listed under my Top 8 Shopping Malls List in Johor Bahru. ๐ So to have only 5 Blog Entries for such an Important Mall is just not Acceptable. Hahaha My Apologies! ๐ I aim to rectify this situation so here I am in the West.

Alright with the Roast Goose Information out of the way, here are some Highlights of the Trip:
ๆฐๆ่ฏ้้ฃฏ Xin Mandarin Chicken Rice Recipe is a Branch of an Apparently Famous Chicken Rice that originated in Taman Nusa Bestari. ๐ค I have visited their Original Store ๆๅ้ธก้ฅญ Mandarin Chicken Rice the other time and I was honestly not impressed. ๐ค
So as I understand, their Original Store was left to the Owner's Children to manage while they themselves are here in this Branch that I visited. ๐ค All I can say is ๅง่ฟๆฏ่็่พฃ. ๐ Because THIS one here in Bukit Indah is such a BIG DIFFERENCE in terms of Quality and Service! ❤️ And as you can see in the Photos, its even more Popular. ๐
Much Better Quality indeed. ๐ I especially enjoyed their Steamed Chicken ็ฝๆฉ้ธก with a Beautiful Gelatinous Fats under the Skin Quality and their Siew Yoke... ๐ OMG the Siew Yoke with the Fat that Literally just Dissolve in my Mouth....OMG YES PLEASE! ❤️
Next up is Every Singaporean's Favourite ่ฏ้ฝ Oriental Kopi in Aeon Mall Bukit Indah. ๐
I think they only recently opened? I don't recall seeing this the last time I was here. ๐ค
Noticeably Much Smaller in Scale compared to their Outlet in JB City Square ่ฏ้ฝ Oriental Kopi which I reviewed in the past but despite that it is undoubtedly one of the Most Popular Eatery in the Mall. ๐

Absolutely Insane. ๐ I cannot even begin to imagine how the Situation will be like on a Weekend.
