Saw this Adorable Bakery from a TikTok Video so I thought I'd give this a Visit. This was a Small Airconditioned Bakery/Cafe that interestingly has a Couple of Small Tables for Dining in.

As I visited during the CNY Season, CNY Songs were playing in the Background and together with the Huat Huat Name of this Bakery, it seemed especially Appropriate for CNY. "Jire ๅ‰ๆ—ฅ" translates to "Auspicious Day".

Run by a Friendly and Polite but Shy Young Lad who look like in his Early 20s, there were not much Customers besides me and 1 other Customer at around 11.00am on a Weekend Morning.

After placing my order at the Counter, it took just 2 Mins for everything to be served up together.
I appreciate the Free Glass of Water that is served. Not Many Eateries in JB offers this.

Little Bae Original = RM4.50

The Signature Pastries they sell here are called "Little Baes ่‚‰ๆพ่ด่ด" which is such an Adorable Name to give for a Pastry.
This Original One tastes exactly like a Regular Chicken Floss Bun that you'd buy from a Regular Bakery EXCEPT instead of a Bread Bun, it actually taste more like a Cake!

So Fluffy Soft to the Bite, the Moment I sink my Teeth into this, the Thick Sweet Cream overflowed immediately flooding my Entire Mouth. This is the Same Exact Sweet Cream that you'd usually get on a Regular Floss Bun. Not Stingy at all with the Meat Floss, this was an Absolute Delight to Devour.

Little Bae Seaweed = RM4.50

Basically the Same as their Original but of course this time with Added Seaweed Flakes. The Seaweed Taste is Noticeable giving an Already Delicious Floss Cake an Additional Seaweed Taste. I like this one too.

Little Bae Jasmine Green Tea = RM4.50

Interestingly the Meat Floss here is Green and there really is a Decent Matcha Flavour. This is the one that impressed me Culinarily because I never knew that Matcha Powder can mix with Meat Floss like this so well. Robust not so Bitter Matcha in a Floss Cake like this is a Brilliant Idea.

Cream Puff (Durian) = RM5.50

Taking a Step Back from their Signature Little Baes, this one is a Classic Durian Puff with a Superb Gao Gao Durian Aroma even before I bite into it.
The Pastry itself is Crispy and Biscuity in Texture, not Soft Soft type with a Superb Crunch. The Durian Cream within that Overflowed had a Rich Flavour of Real Durian that made this taste really good.

Conclusion and Closing Thoughts

At the Price of RM4.50 (S$1.50) for each of their Signature Little Baes and RM5.50 (S$1.80) for the Durian Cream Puff, I personally feel they are absolutely worth the Money.
Meat Floss Buns are nothing new in Most Bakeries and I've always wondered why we don't ever see a Cake version of it. This Little Bakery Cafe proved to me Culinarily that this is a Thing.

I have no issues with all of the Little Bae Variations but I am most impressed Culinarily with the Matcha one because this Bakery showed me without a Doubt that Matcha and Meat Floss paired so well together.

The Durian Cream Puff is also a Must Try because of its Crunchy Dough instead of a Softer Dough that we have come to expect from a Cream Puff like this. So Good to enjoy a Terrific Crunch followed by an Overflow of Real Durian Pureed Cream flood all over my Mouth OMG.

If you are watching your Blood Sugar, do note that obviously all of the Pastries here can be Sweet. But even so, I can STILL recommend them because these were such a Guilty Pleasure! I swear if I didn't have to refrain myself, I would have just stayed here and keep buying more and munch until I went stupid from the Sugar Rush. Hahaha!

No issues with the Customer Service. Although a Shy Young Lad, I'm impressed to learn that he was the one that baked the Pastries I've eaten. This is pretty impressive for someone so young.

Many People can Cook, but Not Many People can Bake.

It takes a Special Type of Patience and Mindset to be a Baker.

If you are a Baker yourself, you will probably understand what I'm trying to say.
If you are nearby Taman Molek, I definitely can recommend to come give this a try. Delicious!
