This is a Evening Food Truck here in Taman Molek run by a Group of Friendly Young Malay Lads. From the Google Reviews I've read and the Facebook Reel Videos I've seen, it seems to be quite Popular so I thought I'd give this a try.
The Actual Food Truck is actually more than just a Simple Food Truck. It is quite a Larger Operation with Dining-In Options providing Seating and Tentages. The Whole Atmosphere has a Very Rustic Eating at a Street Side Road Corner sort of Feel that is very much not available in our Singapore.

As I walked towards it, there is already a Very Beautiful Delicious Aroma of Ayam Goreng in the Air. Popular but Not Overly Crowded on a Weekend when I reached at 7.00pm, I could still easily get a Seat as a Solo Diner. Customers start streaming in quickly though.
By 7.45pm, you will need to queue. So if you want to try this, I would recommend to visit at least before 7.00pm. Pretty Good Timing too where its Airy and Cooling Comfortable.

How to Order your Food:
1) Just simply Walk up to the Food Counters and join in the Queue. Tell them you want Nasi Lemak.
Whether you are dining in or takeaway, they will still use the Same Brown Paper to pack.
2) They will ask you if you want Cucumber and Peanuts. Go ahead and say yes if you want.

3) Proceed to point and choose whatever ingredients you want available. Abit of Basic Malay is required but its also not difficult to just point to what you want like how you'd order Nasi Padang in a Malay Food Stall in Singapore.
The Friendly Young Lads can also understand abit of English too. Here is where you can also order any Drinks.
Have a Look at the Available Ingredients and Add-Ons you can add to your Nasi Lemak.

4) You can either choose to pay first, or pay them after finishing your food via Malaysia's Unique Honor System. I chose to pay first and of course being that this is a Food Truck, you will pay either only via Cash or Wireless, No Cards.
Did a Price Test by ordering some of the More Premium Items to test how much it cost and I'll describe each Component in details.
Nasi Lemak = RM23.00
(Consists of Rice, 1 Fried Egg, 1 Ayam Goreng, Beef Rendang, Paru (Beef Lungs)
Quality of the Sambal
Decent Quality, No Gritty Texture, and Sweetish but also thankfully Not Overly Sweet type.
Spicy but not Overly So. Malay Sambals seldom disappoints and this was No Exception.
Quality of the Nasi Lemak Rice
For a Malay-Styled Nasi Lemak, I wouldn't say this is like those Very Gao Gao Traditional ้ฉฌๆฅ้ฃๅณ type of Fragrance, but it is not too bad either.
Quality of the Fried Egg
Unfortunately cooked with a 100% Cooked Yolk, this isn't those Runny Creamy Yolk type, but its still alright.

Quality of the Ayam Goreng (Fried Chicken)
Beautifully Freshly Fried and Piping Hot, I chose a Thigh Piece for this. The Skin has a Nice Crispy Onioney Flavour. Meat was Nicely Salted, Hot and Juicy, Not Overly Spicy too. This was a Decently Done Ayam Goreng.

Quality of the Beef Rendang
Visually not the Most Appealing Dish I know, and its Not those Super Soft Melt in Mouth type that I prefer which means this isn't cooked too long in the Pot. But its still Tender to the Bite with a Decent Meaty Beefy Chew.
Quality of the Paru (Beef Lung)
Paru is a Classic Malay Side-Ingredient and I think this is their Main Specialty. It is also one of the items that Google Reviewers highly raved for this place. The Main Reason is because compared to alot of Parus out there, this one is actually Tender to the Bite, Not Chewy or Tough Rubbery.
The Sauce on this is also Not Very Spicy, more Sweetish. I agree with Google Reviewers Assessment of this. This is one of the Most Tender Non Gamey Tasting Paru that I've eaten by far. If you like Paru, you will most definitely enjoy this. Hahaha visually this looks almost Identical to Beef Rendang.

Conclusion and Closing Thoughts
At the Price of RM23.00 (S$7.50) looks Expensive, but is definitely Affordable to get a Very Filling Nasi Lemak loaded with More Premium Items like Ayam Goreng, Beef Rendang and Paru like this.
That said, for a Malay-Styled Nasi Lemak, I personally feel the Nasi Rice for this isn't very Gao Gao ้ฉฌๆฅ้ฃๅณ Fragrance so you do need to keep your expectations in check for this.

Ayam Goreng was thankfully Freshly Fried and Piping Hot and Juicy, no issues with it. Not a Fan of the Beef Rendang because as while it is decent to the taste, it is not those Super Melt in Mouth type that I prefer. If you prefer a More Meatier Rendang you might enjoy this more.
What you should not miss out however is their Beef Paru which is perhaps one of the Most Tender and Most Non-Gamey Paru I've eaten so far. Overall I really have not much issues at all regarding the Food Quality. If you are someone who enjoy Malay Foods, I reckon Most People should have no issues.
If there is a Very Nitpicky Issue I have, its that other then the 3 Slices of Cucumber, there are No Vegetable Side-Dishes that you can choose, thus making this a Very Meat-Heavy Nasi Lemak. Not a Big Issue, but just something to note.
The True Appeal of this Place is really the Location and Atmosphere. Dining like this on a Street Side Corner with such a Rustic Feel is not something we can experience in Singapore and it adds alot to the Atmosphere.
Not forgetting how Friendly and Welcoming the Friendly Young Lads were that made me feel instantly Welcome and Happy to eat here. Their Friendly Chill Welcoming Feel really added alot to the Dining Atmosphere here.
Affordable and Decent Tasting Nasi Lemak in a Rustic Street Corner type of Atmosphere, I certainly have no issues recommending this to anyone who is near Taman Molek to give this a Try. Bagus!
