Visited this because this was Recommended by JohorKaki. 🤔 It is one of the Many Food Stalls located in this Restoran Tampoi Kopitiam. Do note though there are a Couple of Stay Doggos around. 🐶 They're a Tad Big Sized but Friendly and Doesn't Bark. Just a Heads Up on this. Just look at its Cute Adorable Face! 🐶♥️

☕ Kopi O Kosong = RM2.20
Not Bad Tasting although its Not the type that Smacks you Awake,
it is still Decently Strong and Robust with No Siap Siap Taste. 👍
🐷 Pig Organ Soup + 1 Yam Rice = RM7.50
Really Adorable Name to give for a Pig Organ Soup. 😅 Ang Mo or 红毛 translates to "Red Hair" and is a Colloquial Term in Malaysia or Singapore for a Westerner or Caucasian. 🤔 Not generally meant to be Offensive, it is a reference to the Red Hair associated with Europeans. I have No Idea why this name was chosen. 😅 The Owners are a Pair of Friendly Elderly Chinese Couple. 👴👵 Its a Small Little Shop located near the Entrance of this Kopitiam. The Dish was served up very quickly in about 2 Mins.
Interestingly, the Condiment they serve here isn't the type of Sourish Chilli Sauce that you'd normally expect for Pig Organ Soup. 🤔
Instead, its a Soy Sauce that surprisingly don't taste Very Salty. Lightly Salted with a Slight Spicy Bite from the Chilli Slices. 🌶️ A Tad Unusual, but still ok.
The Small Bowl of Yam Rice has a Slight Niam Niam Sticky Texture. 🍚 Not Salty at all, I felt the Yam Taste for the Rice is Very Light although there are Quite a Few Large Pieces of Yam within. 😋

The Bowl of Pig Organ Soup consists of:
🐷 4 Pieces of Pork Belly
🐷 3 pieces of Pork Lean Meat
🐷 2 Small Pieces of Pork Liver
🐷 2 Pieces of Pork Intestines
🐷 A Few Pieces of Pork Stomach Slices
🍡 1 Small Baby Fishball
⬜ Some Tofu
🥬 Some Lettuce
🥒 Some Bittergourd
🐷 Some Small Pieces of Pork Lard Crisps
Although some of the Cuts for the Ingredients are on the Smaller Side in an attempt to cut cost I reckon, 🤔 I am impressed with the Variety of Ingredients given compared to a Similar Pig Organ Soup that you'd normally get in Singapore. 👍

The Soup has a Light Salted Veg Kiam Chye Taste. 🤔 Its Slightly Porkish, but not Too 重口味. Salty but Not Overly So, Light but Not Bland. 👍
There doesn't seem to be any MSG Added. There are Pieces of Pork Lard Crisps floating within but they didn't make the Soup too Oily. This was a Very Gentle Tasting Pig Organ Soup that is Very Nice to Drink actually. 😋
The Pork Belly Cuts were not Overly Porky. They were Nice and Chewy and weren't Overly Porky. 😋 I liked that some Cuts were quite Fatty which gave it Nice Fatty Chew although some people might not like such Fatty Cuts. Lean Meat also weren't Overly Porky with a Meaty Chew and I tasted a Gentle Salt Marination for them. 👍
These aren't the Very Smooth Velveted type and you can still taste the Fibers of the Meat. 🐷 All the Pork Innards tasted Clean. 👍 Liver didn't taste Too Livery. All of them seems to be Marinated with a Nice Savoury Saltish Marinade that also isn't Too Salty. 👍

The Veggies were alright although there were no Pieces of Kiam Chye. 🤔 I was delighted to find Slices of Bittergourd which is sadly becoming a Tad Rare to see in Singapore Pig Organ Soups. 😅 That said, I find them Firm to the Bite, not the Soft Soft type so their Bitterness can be quite Strong. 🤔 Their Firmness makes me think they have maybe only being boiled for at most 5 Mins at the Most. 🤔 You might want to take note of this if you don't like your Bittergourd too firm or too bitter.

Conclusion and Closing Thoughts
At the Price of RM2.20 (S$0.70) for this Kopi-O-Kosong was Worth the Money. 👍 This was a Decently Robust Coffee that didn't taste Watered Down. ☕
At the Price of RM7.50 (S$2.30) was also Worth the Money to get both a Bowl of Pig Organ Soup and a Bowl of Yam Rice together. 👍 Although the Yam Rice isn't the Super 重口味 Very Yammy Type, it still tasted Decent and there are Generous Pieces of Yam within. 😋 The Ingredients in the Pig Organ Soup were noticeably Cut Small to cut cost 🤔 but I still felt the Amount felt Very Reasonable for S$2.30. 👍 The Variety of Ingredients is actually Quite Alot compared to a Similar Bowl you'd find in Singapore which would be at a Much Higher Price. 😅
All of the Ingredients come together Very Nicely in a Gentle Tasting 猪杂汤. 😋 The Soul of the Dish for me is this Gentle Soup that doesn't have too strong of a Kiam Chye taste. 🍲 You know sometimes the Kiam Chye Taste can be Overly Sourish and Too Strong for a 猪杂汤? This is Not the Case here. 👍 I only wished the Bittergourd was Boiled Slightly Longer in the Pot for it to be a Tad Softer. 🤔

Ultimately, what will make or break this Dish for you is if you are the Type that Prefers Gentle or More 重口味. 🤔 If you prefer your Soup to be those More Kiam Kiam Sourish type, you will probably find the version here Too Light for your taste. 🤔 I personally prefer this More Gentle Version 😋 and after I ate it, I totally understand why that Standard Sourish Chilli is not served because it would have harshly disrupted the Overall Gentleness of Everything. 🤔
Like I mentioned, the Soul of this Dish is really the Gentle Tasting Soup Broth. 🍲 It was so Smooth and Gentle that I had no issues drinking it to the Last Drop 😋 which is something I find abit Hard for Singapore Styled Soups which is a Tad Too Sourish Kiam Kiam for me. 😅 Don't let my Average Score turn you off this place. If you are craving for Pig Organ Soup and is ok with with a More Gentle Version of it, I can still recommend to give this a try. 🐷👍
