Just like Hailam Kopitiam Express that I reviewed previously, this place is also located in JB Sentral as you are on the path going towards City Square Mall. ðĪ In fact it is located directly opposite Hailam Kopitiam Express. Its a Much Larger and Newer Looking Eatery in Comparison with 2 Sections.
1) One Side is for Drinks Collection / Dining In Section.
2) The Other Side is where the Casher/Ordering Counter is located and Pastries on Rack that you can grab.

Although they do have a Small Dining-In Section with a Couple of Tables and Seats, this place felt more of a "Grab and Go" type of Breakfast Spot. ðĪ It was somewhat Crowded at 8.00am on a Friday Morning when I was there. The Staffs are a Couple of Young Lads who are Friendly and Keep to Themselves. ð They are Conversant in English but feels more Comfortable with Malay.

- They don't have a Full Menu of Everything they sell, most items are priced with the Labels on the Rack. So Grab whatever you want from the Rack and go to the Cashier to order. ðĩ Any Drinks are also ordered at the Cashier.
- Utensils are located at the Cashier Counter. ð―️ There are No Condiments or Sauce Station Available.
- Once you've collected your Receipt from the Cashier, pass it to the Drinks Collection Station section to Self-Collect your Beverage. ☕
Kopi-O-Kosong = RM4.00
Served in a Small Disposable Paper Cup, this has an Aroma that smells like its Dispensed from a Coffee Machine. ðĪ Unfortunately it tastes Extremely Watered Down, Almost Zero Coffee Strength. ð
This is Very Classic SAF Cookhouse Standard of Coffee. ð "Looks like a Coffee, Smells like a Coffee, but tastes like Plain Hot Water". ð Hahaha! This Taste qualifies more like "Longkang Zui" compared to the Coffee at Hailam Kopitiam Express! ð
Mee Hoon Siam = RM4.00
Never heard of Mee Siam being named this way. ðĪ Wrapped in a Thin Triangle Shape, the Dish is Cold. Exactly like those Typical Left on the Shelf Cold Cold type of Packets. ðĪ Amount of Mee Hoon is very standard for such a Packet. There are a Few slices of Somewhat Charred Egg Slices that has abit of Thickness and are Not Paper Thin. The Egg Slices tastes exactly how you'd imagine they taste. Cold, Slightly Oily and Sad. ð

Amount of Mee Hoon is Very Standard for such Packets. There are 3 Small Strands of what looks like Dessicated Spring Onion? ð§ Taste has an Elevated Saltiness with a Slight Aftertaste of Sweetness and abit of Lingering Spiciness. ðķ️ Definitely Powered with MSG. Edible Tasting for a Typical Cold Packet like this, but of course not something I would recommend to eat regularly. ðĪ

Conclusion and Closing Thoughts
At a Total Combined Price of RM8.00 (S$2.50), this Packet of Mee Hoon and Kopi-O is meant to Eat for Survival, not Eat to Enjoy. ðĪ I only took a Few Sips and a Few Bites before I discarded everything into the Trash Bin. ð️ Didn't bother to waste my Calories on them.
Compared to Hailam Kopitiam Express that I reviewed previously, this was Significantly Much More Lackluster in Quality. ðĪ Do yourself a favour and just visit Hailam Kopitiam just opposite instead of this place. At least their Roti Goyang can make you Shake ah Shake. ð
Having said that, I'm not giving my Lowest Score for this Place because at least the Staffs are Friendly and Polite. ð And this isn't meant to be a Gourmet Place anyway. Like I mentioned, its more a Grab and Go type of Breakfast Place for JB Folks to grab a Quick Bite before they join the Early Morning Rush to go work in Singapore. ☀️
