About this 4 Season Outdoor Park 新山吃喝营地 Hawker Centre
Things to take note if you are Driving or Taking Grab here.
If you are Driving, you'll be glad to know that there is a Very Big Carpark Area available for Parking. 🚗
If you are taking Grab, you need to take note because this place is relatively new, it is not available on Grab's Map, so you might face some Challenges taking Grab to and away from this place. 🤔 Grab automatically recognized a Defunct Restoran called "McCargo".
Especially when taking Grab away from this place, because the only road Entering and Exiting here is Very Narrow, your Grab Driver may have potential issues coming in. 🤔 The Smart Thing to do is to choose a Location that is abit further away, so that while you may have to walk abit more, at least the Grab Car will be able to reach you.
The Interior of the Place
This Hawker Centre / Food Court looks new and wasn't crowded when I was there at around 7.00pm on a Friday Evening. Its quite a Big Place, not Air-Conditioned but still Airy and Comfortable. The Place is also relatively Cleanly Maintained, No Smoking allowed and is Family Friendly. 👍
One thing I'm quite surprised is to not find any Drink Staffs roving about. If you want to purchase any Beverages, you will need to go up to the Drinks Station to Self-Service. 🤔 That said, I appreciate they have a Free Water Cooler available so you don't have to buy Drinks if you don't want to. 👍
There are also not alot of Food Stalls, maybe around 10? 🤔 The Lok Lok Stall looks like their Main Anchor Tenant and takes over the Largest Lot. I noticed especially that the Foods here tend to lean more towards Foreign Food Stuffs and not much Local Malaysian Dishes. 🤔
Most of the Staffs in each Inidividual Stalls are also mostly either Thai or Viet. Language can be abit of a Barrier here as I noticed some of them are not comfortable in either English or Mandarin. But with a few Simple Gestures and Basic English, there are still mostly no issues in ordering what you want. 👍
How to Order your Food:
- Go to the Stall you want, order your Food.
- Pay after ordering and grab a Remote Beeper Device from Stall.
- Self-Collect your Food from the Stall once the Beeper Beeps.
(For Special Cases, some Stalls will send it your Table instead)
