Tin & Tin Cathay Beef Noodles

Beef Noodles (Small) = RM$11.00

Even though I ordered Small, the portion of Beef given is very generous as you can see in my picture. Not only that, it seems that the Cut of Beef they give is įč
Đ (which is usually a more expensive cut) I love it that they're Thick-Cut compared to the Thin Beef Slices we have in Singapore.
You can of course choose whatever noodles you want, and I chose Kway Teow. Also comes with a bowl of Soup and I feel this Soup is the Soul of the Dish. While it looks very light, it is deeply flavourful with a very strong beefy salty flavour. After tasting the soup, I instantly regretted that I ordered Dry version. Chilli provided is very watery but have a very strong taste of lemongrass. Adding lime to it totally elevates the taste.
The Sauce for the Dry Beef Noodle taste surprisingly æļ
æ·Ą compared to SG version. Beef pieces are likely marinated using "Velveting Style" which results in a Soft and Smooth Tender Bite-Feel.
This step is really not necessary for Beef Noodles but I appreciate that they went the extra mile for it. You can tell that alot of work and effort has been put in for this Bowl of Beef Noodles. That said, I felt I should have ordered the Soup version as the Soup really tastes very good.

Overall, for RM11.00 (S$3.30) I would say this is very worth to eat simply because of the generous amount of Beef Pieces. The stall owner was also a Friendly Lad and I enjoyed this meal very much. I will come back again to try the Soup Version!
Review Update: Went back and tried the Soup Version, Really No Horse Run. Tummy actually felt good with such a Warm and Hearty Beef Soup in the Morning.

Review Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Recommended)
Laksa Small Bowl = RM8.00
No Service Charges

Before I start my review, I wanna give a shoutout to the Auntie that mans this place. She's so Friendly and Adorable! She's has that Favourite Friendly åĪ§å§ Neighbour type of Vibe.
Portion is generous and filling for the price, and like what many reviewers have mentioned, the soup for this Laksa is Watery, not the Gao Gao thick type. While my preference is for a more thicker version, it still taste nice despite being light. In fact I finished the whole bowl of laksa soup. One thing interesting is they don't use the Thick White Beehoon that we usually see in Singapore. There is a variety of noodles and you can mix them all if you wish.
Ingredients consists of 4 little fried fishballs, Tofu, Cockles, and Generous Servings of Noodles. While this Laksa may not be Mindblowing Amazing, it is Decent Tasting and Filling and is absolutely worth the price that I can recommend to give a try if you're here.
