This is a Food Stall located in the Muslim Section of the 3rd Floor Hawker Centre in Larkin Sentral. 🍽️ As I walked around to decide what to eat, I spotted this because it bears the Same Name as the Mee Rebus Stall in Angsana Mall Medan Selera that I ate previously. I wonder if they are related? 🤔
Now I could be wrong, but I think this is the Only Food Stall that sells Mee Rebus in this Larkin Sentral Hawker Centre? 🤔

Run by a Young, Polite and Friendly Welcoming Malay Lady, 😄 I was also intrigued by what "Baidali" means. According to her though this is just a Regular Styled Mee Rebus. 😅
The Dish was served up Very Quickly in about 1 Minute.

Mee Rebus Baidali = RM7.00

When it was served up, I thought it had a Very Unique Rustic and Raw "Hurriedly Slapped Together" Kampung-Style of Presentation. 🤔
I also noticed that there's not alot of Gravy compared to others I've eaten. It has an Elevated Level of Spiciness 🌶️ with a Classic Robust 重口味 Traditional Malay-Styled 马来风味 Very Mee Rebusey taste to it is how I'd describe this. Not Overly Sweetish at all.

I can't quite put my finger exactly why, but it definitely does not taste like our Singapore Style of Mee Rebus. 🤔 This one just felt Much More Robust in Flavour and Texture in Comparison. 😋
Amount of Yellow Noodles given were Acceptable for the Price and while they were almost certainly from a Package, they were boiled well with a Softer Bite. 👍

There was also Half an Egg which isn't plated and carefully presented, but Roughly Cut and Spread Out in a Raw Manner like how the Overall Dish is presented. 🤔
There were alot of Fried Goreng Flour Pieces obviously added for an Extra Crunch Factor, and I thought they tasted Like Bits of Fried Ayam Goreng Skin. 🍗

Mixing Everything Together, I was surprised to find the Original Very Robust 重口味 Very Mee Rebusy Taste of the Gravy that I tasted in the Beginning meld and melt into the Overall Dish and suddenly didn't taste so 重口味 anymore and actually paired nicely when eaten with the Noodles. 👍

Conclusion and Closing Thoughts

At the Price of RM7.00 (S$2.20) was an Affordable Price for this Plate of Mee Rebus, but it also wasn't particularly Very Cheap. 🤔 If you break the Dish down, the Ingredients mostly only consists of Carbs, with the Only Protein being just Half an Egg. Actually I'm not even sure if its Half an Egg due to how it was cut. 🤔

The Overall Dish was still very Decent Tasting however and there is Nothing Particularly Wrong with it. 👍 I did like how Raw and Rustic it was presented having this "Quickly Slapped Together" Look. 😄 This was A Decent Plate of Mee Rebus, but ultimately still just a Plate of Mee Rebus. 🤔 I wish they offered Different Variations as was the One in Angsana Mall that I ate. Although sharing the Same Name as the one at Angsana Mall, how its presented and taste feels like a Completely Different Interpretation of this Classic Dish, so I don't think its the Same Owner despite sharing the Same Name. 🤔

Don't let my Average Score deter you from this Food Stall. There is nothing particularly wrong with it. 👍 The Owner is Friendly and Polite. If you are craving for Mee Rebus when you're in Larkin Sentral, this might be the Only Stall that sells it here I think? 🤔
