This is a Dessert Franchise that I see often in JB. 🤔 I think they also have Food Trucks too. 🛻 Spotted a Branch here in Taman Gaya and I felt like eating so I figured I'd give them a try. 👍 The Branch I'm at is quite a Spacious Place. Although not Air-Conditioned, it was still Airy and Cooling. 🌬️😌 Nicely Renovated and looks Cleanly Maintained. 👍 Staffs are Friendly and mostly keep to themselves.

Bobo Cha Cha is not something I eat often but I like this one. 😋 There is an Undercurrent of Coconut Milk that's not Overpowering. 🥥 Sweet Potato and Yam 🍠 are Soft and Tender.

All the Coloured Mochis are Soft and Chewy and not too Sweet. 🍡 Everything just tasted Creamy and Nice. I don't know if this is considered a Top-Tier Bobo Cha Cha, no idea what's so "Signature" about it, but it taste pretty decent for a Bobo Cha Cha in my opinion. 👍 If you are someone who enjoys Bobo Cha Cha, I reckon you'll also like this one.

🫘 Red Bean Soup = RM4.50

Now the Classic Red Bean Soup is something I am familiar with and Wow the version here is Legit Good! 😋 One taste of it, and you can immediately tell that this is made at a Much Higher Standard Quality compared to the ones sold in our SIngapore Kopitiams or Food Courts. 😅

Red Beans are of course the Main Actor here, but I'm surprised that I could taste a few other type of Beans too. 🫘🤔 Not only that, there are even some Small Baby Jelly Balls and even Pieces of Red Dates? 🍡 The Whole Thing tastes Deep, Robust and even has a Slight Herbly Tangerine Aftertaste. 🍊

What the heck? Is this what Original Legit Red Bean Soup is supposed to taste like? 😅
Its so next level, that I can hardly even call it a "Dessert" anymore. 😅 The one I have here tastes like it might actually be Healthy and Beneficial to your Health, not just a Simple Sugary Dessert. 😅 Aiyoh the Versions sold in our Singapore Kopitiams or Foodcourt seriously cannot make it lah compared to this! 😅

Conclusion and Closing Thoughts

At RM4.50 (S$1.30) for the Bobo Cha Cha, I don't know if this is considered Amazing since I don't eat this regularly, 🤔 but I'd say this is definitely worth a try if you like this. 👍

At RM4.50 (S$1.30) for the Red Bean Soup is Absolutely Worth the Money! 🫘♥️ Tasting this made me realize how Dilluted and how 偷工减料 our SG Versions really are. 😅 Our SG Version is basically just Red Beans + Sugary Water. 😅

The Version I have here is so much more Complex and Gourmet Tasting in Comparison. ♥️ Never have I ever eaten a Red Bean Soup that actually has other beans all mixed in such a manner. Or even Red Date. Especially Red Date and Tangerine. 🍊 I don't think I've ever eaten Red Bean Soup in Singapore Kopitiam or Foodcourt that has Pieces of Red Dates or Tangerine Taste added to their Red Bean Soup. 🤔

To be fair though, this IS a Dedicated Dessert Shop, compared to our more Chapalang SG Kopitiams and Foodcourts so of course it has to be at a Higher Level. 🤔 If you are craving for some Desserts in JB, I can recommend to come visit this Dessert Franchise. Don't miss out on their Red Bean Soup! 🫘😋
