This was a Quiet Chill Little WTM Eatery. 🍜 While not Crowded, there are a Few Locals enjoying their Meal here Early on a Friday Morning. 🌞 Based on some Google Reviews, some people even proclaim this a Must-Try or even "One of the Best Wantan Noodles in JB" 🍜🤔 The Staffs are Friendly but mostly keep to themselves. Really Very Unassuming and Very Chill Looking Place right here in Bukit Indah 2. (Or South Bukit Indah as I call it). 😅

The First Thing that caught my Eye are the Wantans in the Soup. 🥟 There are 4 of them, and while they're not the HK-Styled Big Fat Chonky types, they're also not the Small Small Baby Wantans that we usually know of. 🥟🤔 More like a Middle Ground between the 2 types.
They're wrapped Beautifully with a Silky Soft Skin and the Filling within is a Very Soft and Tender Pork Mince that Crumbles Easily in your Mouth. 🐷😋 There are No Prawns within. It has a Deep Saltish Flavour that also has a Somewhat Complex Taste. This is not just a Simple Salt Marinade. Nicely Made Wanton. 🥟😋
The Soup is Very Fish-Based with a Very Strong Ikan Bilis Aroma. 🐟 But yet is Not Overly Fishy at all. Its a Very Enjoyable Deep and Robust Soup that is Not the Simple Peppery type. 🧂 Probably one of the Better WTM Soups I've tasted so far. 🍲 Amount of Scallions given in the Soup is noticeably alot more compared to other WTM Eateries I've visited, they're not just 意思意思 for Show only.
The Noodles are VERY QQ and VERY Bouncy to the Bite. Nice! 🍜😋 Portion for the Small that I ordered doesn't feel alot, but I reckon is just enough for a Light Breakfast. 👍 The Black Sauce has a Nice Oily Sweetish Taste that doesn't try to Overpower the Noodles. 🍯 Char Siew Slices were Not Dry. They have a Juicy Bite and a Solid Meaty Taste. 🐷 Together with the Crunch of the Vegetables, 🥬 it was Quite Enjoyable to Eat. 一口面, 一口云吞, 一口汤.

Conclusion and Closing Thoughts
I don't know why but I just feel that this is a Very Well Made Bowl of WTM that had Everything just in the Right Balance. 🍜😋 Everything from the Soup, 🍲 to the Wantons, 🥟 to the Noodles, 🍜 to the Char Siew 🐷 and even the Veggies, 🥬 I felt Every Ingredient does it Job well and in Harmony. Nothing is Too Oily, Nothing Too Salty. 👍
At the Price of RM8.00 (S$2.30), I feel this is Worth the Money to come give this a Try. 👍 Although I don't feel this is a Die Die Must Eat Mind-Blowing Life Changing WTM, I can't put my finger on why I like it. 🍜🤔 Everything just clicked for me in this one. I definitely can recommend this to give it a try if you are near the area. 👍
