With an Overall Score of only 2.5 Stars out of 40 Reviews in Google Maps, this place is being completely Demolished into Pieces by the Reviews. 🌏😳 Everything from Bad Service to Horrific Tasting Dim Sums, Badly Fried Dim Sums to even the Drinks being Tasteless. 😅 Ouch! So of course I had to give this a try!

The First thing that I felt upon entering the place was that the Aircon was Cold and Nice, certainly a Refreshing Feel as it was a Terribly Hot Day. ❄️😌 Nicely Decorated and Renovated, this place was Decent Looking. 👍 The Staff were also Polite and Friendly and the Young Lady who served me was Chirpy and Friendly, holding her Ipad and ready to take my orders anytime. 💁 No complaints about the Service tbh. 👍

The Inhouse Chilli is also a Garlic Chilli (I noticed so far all the Chilli for Dim Sum places in this Tasek Central area are all Garlic Chilli) 🌶️🤔 though the Garlic Chilli here tastes slightly different as it is more Garlicky and not as sweet. 🤔

鸳鸯 Cham (Cold) = RM3.20

Cham is of course how Malaysia calls "Yuan Yang" which is a Combination of both Coffee and Tea. ☕ The Version here is Not Bad, Not Quite Coffee and Not Quite Tea.

That said, I feel this one leans more towards Coffee and feels abit Strong too. Cold and Refreshing, it is also Not Too Sweet. 👍 This is a very Acceptable Cham, certainly not Tasteless.

港式蒸烧卖 Hong Kong Styled Steamed Siew Mai = RM6.90

I think the Siew Mai here has the Softest, Most Delicate Fragile Skin I've tasted so far in JB as it breaks at the Slightest Touch. 🤔 Appearance is also quite Unique with a Flat-Top. Meat is Bouncy and Juicy although not as Juicy as other Siew Mais I've eaten. 🍖🤔 I like that unlike other Siew Mai, the Filling here looks like it consists of Multiple Stuffs mixed in and is not just a Simple Looking Meatball. Love the Super Soft Skin for this one. 👍

晶莹鲜虾饺 Crystal Shrimp Dumpling = RM6.90

Har Kow was ok. 🤔 Skin is slightly Thicker and feels like it has a Doughy Bitefeel, but luckily it is not Doughy. Shrimp Taste is Mild, 🦐 Filling is Bouncy and Juicy. This is an Acceptable Har Kow for me.

酥脆萝卜糕 Crispy Radish Cake = RM5.90

This is the one that I think got the most flak from Reviewers. 🤔 And yes I do agree that Visually, it looks Overly-Fried although it does have a Nice Fried Aroma when served. 🔥

Batter is Crispy and not too Thick. The Cake Meat is Soft but still has a slightly Firmer Bite Feel and unfortunately not the Melt in the Mouth type. 🤔 Changman Dim Sum in Bukit Indah for now still holds the Most Softest Carrot Cake Meat for me. Fried Oil Taste is Strong and other than the Overly-Fried Deeper Brown look, I feel is still acceptable for me.

Overall, I feel there is Nothing Particularly Outstanding for the Dishes, but also Nothing as Bad as how the Online Reviews claim. 🤔 I feel they are all quite Acceptable. I do like the Soft Skin of the Siew Mai here and I can still recommend for people to come give this a try. 👍
