The Opening Time for this Eatery on Google Maps is incorrect, it opens at 8.00am, not 7.00am. 🤔 So when I was there at 7.00am, the Friendly Makcik and her staffs advised me that I'm too early and they weren't open yet. 😅

And when I went there later, she still remembered me and apologized that they weren't open earlier. Absolutely no fault of them of course hahaha! I told her no worries at all. 😄

While it wasn't crowded when I first arrived, it quickly filled up with Customers. There is also a Beautiful White Cat that roams this Eatery and she is Very Adorable and Manja! 🐱❤️

Roti Sarang Burung Rendang = RM12.00

This is "Roti Sarang Burung", also known as "Bird Nest Prata" because as you can see, it is shaped to look like a Bird Nest. 🐣 Such an Adorable Name for a Prata! ❤️
There are a couple of Variations (Plain, Sardine 🐟 and Rendang 🍖) and being a Fan of Rendang 🍖 that was the one I chose. The Prata itself is the Hard and Crispy type, but unfortunately it wasn't Super Hot and Fresh off the Pan, 🤔 so mine was slightly cold. Other than the Unique look, taste-wise, it didn't taste very special.

The Rendang however was the Star of the Show. 🍖😋 IT WAS SO SOFT and MELT IN THE MOUTH! This is the Wet Type of Rendang, and the Sauce leans on the Sweeter Side. OMG the Meat just disintegrates at the slightest bite! 🍖❤️

As I mentioned in a past review, Rendang is a very troublesome dish to make because of how long it takes to stew to break down the Beef. 🍖🔥 And I can imagine how long it took to have it become as soft as this quality. Amazing!

The Dhall Curry with Sambal on the side isn't Spicy at all, 🍲 and is also on the Sweeter Side too. The Magic really begins when you "Banjir" them together. This means to "Flood" and combine them all together becoming an unrecognizable gooey mess with the 2 Yolks mixed in, this was Especially Delicious! 😋 If there is something I want to nitpick though, it is that it wasn't Fresh off the Pan Super Hot. Still Delicious Though!

The Best part of the Meal though was that Friendly Makcik. ❤️ After the Meal, I went over to Thumbs-Up and Complimented her Roti Sarang Burung was Sedap and Bagus in my Broken Malay. It brought a Beautiful Smile across her face. Such a Friendly Lady! 😄

When I was there, I also saw several customers choose Noodles, 🍜 Rice 🍚 instead so this Roti Sarang Burung isn't the only thing they are famous for it seems. 🤔

This one is an Easy Recommendation from me. 👍 In fact, by the time I finished my meal at about 9.30am, I noticed that this place was almost Full House on a Thursday Morning! 🌞 So if you would like to try this, I would highly recommend to come here early preferably by 8.30am.
