This was a Quiet Little Dim Sum place that seems to be patronized by many Local Folks. ๐ค In fact I don't think I've seen any Singaporeans in this Area. Its not Air-Conditioned but is Airy and Sparsely Furnished. ๐ค The Staffs are all very quiet and while they aren't Unfriendly, they don't feel like the Friendly type and don't greet customers even when taking orders. ๐ค
The Chilli is a Garlic Chilli that is Sweetish with a Bite. ๐ถ️ Not sure if this is from a Bottle or Homemade, but it really feels like those Bottled Type.

This XLB is served in a Mini Silver Foil Tray which is slightly unusual but of course that's to prevent soup from spilling. And it did spill. ๐ The Skin is Thin and Fragile and Broke Easily. Unlike DTF Skin which is thin yet so far never broke for me when I eat it.

The first thing that hits you is a Very Sharp Savoury Salty taste and the Minced Pork has a Noticeable Piggy taste which goes away fast once I sip more of the Soup. ๐ท The Amount of Soup in this XLB is actually quite alot to Sip. ๐ฒ This XLB is good enough to not need any Black Vinegar or Ginger Slices but adding them enhances the taste more. Not bad tbh, the XLB here is worth to try.

This is of course the Classic Dim Sum Siew Mai. I don't know why they call this a "Dumpling" when its not actually one. ๐ค The Siew Mai here looks Small. Its Juicy and Bouncy with a Nice Savoury Salty Taste that's Not Overly Porky.
Even though there are No Prawns inside, they are actually already Pounded and Mixed in with the Minced Pork. ๐ท๐ฆ This is quite nice as I thought the Pork and Prawn had the right ratio. Not Overly Porky or Prawny. Not a bad tasting Siew Mai altho as I mentioned, the size is smaller than usual Siew Mais.

This is Har Kow. Ok this qualifies as a "Dumpling". ๐ Wow I like the Har Kow here. Skin is Super Fragile, and the Shrimp is prominently shown. ๐ฆ Savoury and very slightly Saltish, the Skin is Not Overly Doughy. I also love the ratio of Minced Pork and Shrimp here.
Not Too Porky or Too Prawny. I dunno why but I like this Har Kow among all the Har Kows I've eaten so far. Something about it clicks with me. The word I would describe this Har Kow is Elegant. ๐ This is a Very Elegant Tasting Har Kow. ๐

Having said all that though, I didn't like it when the Service Staff were in a Rush to keep my Empty Plates EVEN when I was still eating. ๐ค I thought this to be quite rude tbh as it gave me the impression they were trying to get rid of me. There were still Many Empty Tables at that time and I had no idea why they were so eager to clean off my table. ๐ค
Because of how rushed they made me feel, i'm afraid I have to lower my score. ๐ Such a Waste, as the Dim Sum here really does taste quite Decent.
