This is a very Popular and Famous Dim Sum Restaurant with its Main HQ in Taman Perling that has been around for over 20 years. In fact it is so Popular, it is Full-House even on Weekdays Morning! Because its so Popular, there have been reports that the Main Branch in Skudai is so Busy, the Staffs there are probably overworked and have Terrible Customer Service and will give you 死人脸看. Let us see how this Branch will fare.
This Branch i'm at in Bukit Indah is newly opened just a couple of months ago, and there weren't many people within on a Weekday. Its a very Decently Clean Looking Chinese Dim Sum Restaurant that unfortunately isn't Air-Conditioned. Nevertheless it didn't feel stuffy. The Serving Chap that attended to me was luckily Very Professional and Courteous. So far so good for Customer Service here.

One thing I'd like to add is that during my Meal, there were Serving Folks bringing more Dim Sums to me to ask if I want to order somemore. This is reminiscent of Dim Sum restaurants where Serving Ladies will push a Push Cart. Did get abit annoying after awhile, and after I rejected them 2 times they probably got the hint and didn't bother me anymore.
Siew Mai (港式烧卖) = RM7.00
This is of course the Quintessential Dim Sum Dish. Beautifully wrapped with 2 Shrimps prominently shown on the top. The Meat is Bouncy and Juicy. The Size of this Siew Mai appears somewhat smaller than other Siew Mai I've tasted but I have no issues since its so Elegantly made and Delicious.

Har Kow (水晶虾饺) = RM7.00
The Skin is Soft, Almost Translucent and Almost Melt in Mouth Quality. Prawn is Fat and Juicy and doesn't have an Overly Strong Prawn Taste. Not Bad Tasting.

Boat Porridge (荔湾艇仔粥) = RM16.80
Boat Porridge or Sampan Porridge is named as such because it is peddled by Sampans cruising on the Pearl River in Guangdong China. Source: Wikipedia This is the first time I'm tasting this, and I really enjoyed it.
It's served in a Very Big Claypot which I think is probably enough for 2 people. Its basically a Seafood Porridge and its Boiled Smooth like Ber with a very Slight Salty Taste. The 高汤 base used to cook this Porridge must have got some Standard too.

There's a Bit of Everything inside. Fish is nice and tender, and the 魚鰾 (Fish Maw) enhances it with its own unique taste. There is Lala which grants it a Strong Mollusk Flavour together with Pieces of Cuttlefish providing a Slightly Firm Bite-Feel amidst the Softness of Everything Else. Every Ingredient Portion is Generous. Every Scoop will have either Fish Meat, Fish Maw, Cuttlefish or Lala.
Even without Soy Sauce, this Porridge is still very Good on its own. There are also Occasional pieces of Ginger Slices but its not too intrusive to disrupt. Nothing in this Porridge Clashes. Everything works in Perfect Harmony. This is an Excellent Seafood Porridge.

With a Total Price of RM32.70 (Less than S$10.00) for such a Good Quality Food, in a Decently Clean Restaurant Setting with Friendly Customer Service, it almost feels that I'm the one robbing them instead. No question about it. 大四喜 EASILY gets a 5 Star Rating from me. Over 20 years of History and Quality 真不是盖的. Hopefully the Customer Service here can continue to maintain its Friendly Standard instead of becoming like its Main Branch.
