Here is the Full Menu of the Eatery/Restaurant.
Prices are Accurate as of the Date of the Post.
This is a Chinese Eatery run by a China Couple from Nanjing.
It is quite rare to be able to find an Authentic China Eatery in Malaysia that is not a Restaurant.
红烧牛腩面 (Beef Noodles) = RM15.00
This should be their Signature, because every customer I've seen likes to order this dish the most. When it arrived, the first thing immediately was it smelled so good! It also had a very appetising presentation.
Every Element of this Dish was Perfect. The Soup itself was neither overly salty nor bland. The Beef Pieces were beautifully spiced and tender to the bite. Even the Noodles were just right. They're not overly QQ, nor were they mushy. Perfect Bite Texture all throughout. Nothing clashed with each other and it was Delicious.

红烧猪肉饭 (Pork Rice) = RM18.00
At first presentation, this looked nothing special. What is Special however was how BEAUTIFULLY SOFT the Pork Skin was! This is literally MELT IN YOUR MOUTH QUALITY. I felt like I was eating the best 东坡肉 ever. The 卤水 that accompanied the Pork was also beautifully spiced. It tasted very nice when paired with rice and egg.
黄焖猪蹄饭 (Pork Knuckle Rice) = RM25.00
According to the owner, THIS is supposed to be their Signature. While i'm definitely impressed with the Quality of the Beautifully Melt in your Mouth Pork Skin, I was somewhat disappointed with the amount given for the price. At RM25.00 which I believe is the most expensive dish on their menu, I had expected a Whole Pork Knuckle. What I got instead was perhaps half of it. Don't get me wrong, the Skin is still so Soft and the Dish is good, but the portion given disappointed me.

煎饺 (Fried Dumplings) = RM20.00
This one surprised me. In Singapore, I had expected this to look like 锅贴 but this is completely different. There are 15 pieces which is reasonable for the price. Smells very fragrant, and I loved the Dumpling Skin. Its so Crispy to the Bite and was fried so hardcore there is even Wok Hei on it.
Even towards the end of the meal, the Dumpling Skin still retained some Crispiness. It is oily mind you, but the oiliness doesn't overstay its welcome. The filling within I feel is So-So with the standard minced pork and chives but surprisingly no water chestnut for moisture retention, yet it remains moist. I feel this is worth to try just for the Dumpling Skin itself.

葱油拌面 (Scallion Noodles) = RM6.00
Another surprising find. Being a Singaporean, I expected Scallion Noodles to be fried with Dark Soy Sauce with a Strong Scallion Smell, but this version is completely different. Dark Soy Sauce is not used, and the Scallion Smell is very Subtle. It is there when you eat it, but it has a much more elegant, even "Lady-like" Taste.
If I have to compare between the two, I'd say SG version is very much more Masculine 阳刚 Strong Scallion Taste with a Very Dark Appearance that slaps you hard in the face, while this one is very Feminine 阴柔 with a more milder taste that gently carasses you instead. I'm happy to learn of yet another way to do Scallion Noodles. I never knew such a Lighter Version exists too.

莲子猪肚汤 (Pork Belly Soup) = RM10.00
This is the one that I felt didn't live up to the above amazing dishes. Disappointed that the portion given is very small. (About a Small Cup) I mean it still does have a nice Pork Soup taste, but compared to the rest, it just taste average. Not worth the money.
