I'm surprised that for such a Cute Adorable Name like "Nimmies" đ this Cafe was a Huge Dedicated Building by itself. đŗ As expected for a Modern Cafe, this is Popular with the Younger Crowd although I do occasionally see some Older Folks too.
Nicely Air-Conditioned, ❄️ the Interior was Renovated like some Faux European Cafe with One Particular Part made to look like some kind of "Art Piece Sitting Area" æåĄåē đŧ️ specifically for Instagram Glamour Shots. đˇ
There were noticeably quite alot of people even at 8.30am on a Friday Morning đ when I was there, although it was not Full House. It certainly got more crowded as time went on. Ordering of Food is thru a QR Menu đ and if you choose the Option to Pay at Counter, đĩ you will need to pay at the Cashier first before they will process your Order.
Do try to prepare a Close Amount if you are paying Cash as I noticed the Cashier got a Mild Panic Attack when I gave 2 x RM50 Notes to pay for my RM61.50 Bill. đĩđ He seemed so Flustered and Stressed out. Maybe he's New. đ
The Rest of the Staffs were Polite and keep to themselves. đ I checked with a Cute Chirpy Indian Lady Staff if the Pastries are all made In-House and she confirmed it and also say they have their In-House Bakery. đĨđ Impressive. At least their Pastries are not from some Supplier somewhere. đĨđ It took 3 Mins for my Chai Latte, 5 Mins for the Taro Combolini and 7 Mins for their Pistachio Supreme. Everything was up in 7 Mins. Not Bad Timing considering the amount of people when I was there. đ

☕ Chai Latte (Hot) = RM14.00
I honestly can't remember the last time I drank something that has "Latte Art" on it. Hahaha Too Overly Atas for me. ☕đ Not something that I drink regularly tbh. I do appreciate the Art here tho, and from what I know this requires quite abit of Skill. đ
That said, I was slightly disappointed it is the Regular "Palm Tree" type of Design as their QR Menu seemed to suggest I'd be getting "Felix the Cat" design instead. đąđ Maybe you can request them to draw something else under the "Remarks" section when you order such Latte Art? ☕đ¤

The Drink itself has a Faint but Noticeable Cinnamony Aroma. đŋ The 1st thing your lips touch is the Top Foam and it is Very Foamy. đ̧ As you continue to take in the Drink, the Beverage is Noticeably Milky but not Overly So with an Aftertaste of Chamomile. đŧ☕
These are the 3 Main Taste that I tasted from this Beverage: Cinnamon, đŋ Milk đĨ and Chamomile. đŧ None of them are Overly Overpowering are compliment each other together in a Nice Pleasing Mix.☕đ Not Overly Sweet. Not a Bad Drink. Expensive Obviously, but Not Bad.
đĨ Pistachio Supreme Croissant = RM19.00
This one is supposed to be their Signature Pastry here. đĨ Although it calls itself a Croissant, it isn't shaped like the Stereotypical Crescent Shape. Rather, it looks more like a Mini Bread Loaf. đ The Top Layer is a Hardened Layer of Icing Sugar with Pistachio Flakes. Not Overly Sweet yet with a Nice Sugary Tease. đ

The Main Croissant itself is Outside Crispy and Inside Soft and Fluffy. Because this is Made In-House, đĨ it has a Nice Freshly Baked Texture with a Noticeable Buttery Undertone. đ§đ
The Main Highlight is the Pistachio Cream within. đ¯ Its not those Molten Hot type but it is Liquidy. Abit like æĩæ˛å , breaking this Pastry apart will have this Cream flow all over. đ¯đ The Taste of this cream is Prominently Milky but also Not Overly Milky Type. Also not Overly Sweet, the Pistachio Taste in this is Noticeable. đ

If you have noticed, nothing about this Pastry is Overly Sweet at all. đ Sweetness is just nice. I really do like this, but because the Cream burst out when you break it apart, this is going to be challenging to eat without looking like a Savage Barbarian. Hahaha! đĨđ Mixing the Crispy and Soft Croissant with this Pistachio Cream was Delish. đ
I however do not recommend pairing this Pistachio Croissant with the Chai Latte though, đĨ☕ đ ♂️ because the both of them have a Milky Taste, this Double Combo of Milkiness may be a Tad Too Jelaky Milky for some People I reckon. đĨđ¤ If you are ok with this, I'd say sure go ahead and order this especially if you enjoy Pastries that Break Apart with Liquidy Cream like æĩæ˛å . đ¯đ

đŠ Taro Cromboloni = RM20.00
This was a Pretty Big Sized Pastry and feels Heavy too. đŠđ¤ Just like a Croissant, its made with Beautiful Folds within. đ The Top Cream has a Sourish Sweetish Fruity Appetizing Taste. đđ This is then Topped with Coconut Shreds which adds abit of Texture and Decor. đĨĨđ

Interestingly, there are also Small Little Purple Cubes that are Tasteless. đ¤ Really Tasteless and I think this is the sort of Edible Cake Decor that you normally find in a Baking Speciality Shop like Phoon Huat. đ¤ Other than Decor, these Small Purple Cubes don't contribute to any taste.
Breaking apart this Pastry shows the Superb Layering. đ There is a Yam Cream Filing within, not as much and is more Viscous and not as Flowing as the Pistachio Croissant. đ¯ It has a Very Delicious Noticeable Taste of Finely Pureed Taro that is Mild and not Overpowering. đ¯đ I like the taste of this Taro Filling, its Well Made and has a Good Atas Taste to it. Overall, the Crunch of this Cromboloni mixed with this Nice Taro Filling makes this a Good Tasting Pastry. đŠđ

--------------------------------------------------------------
Conclusion and Closing Thoughts
At a Total Combined Price of RM61.50 (S$19.00) this place is Not Cheap. đ¤ If we break it down, its an average of about S$6.40 per item. I'm not sure how much more cheaper is it compared to Cafes in Singapore since I don't frequent such Cafes in the first place. đ

From a Culinary Standpoint, I feel the Pastries are Well Made and Well Designed. đ At the very least, åįåēæĨ they actually bake their Pastries inhouse. đĨđĨ I do like the Atmosphere of this place and most of the Staffs here are Friendly, đ although the Poor Chap at the Cashier looked like he's going thru a Mild Panic Attack when I paid him in Cash. đĩđ
Not the sort of place I would visit regularly due to the Higher Prices, I reckon this would appeal more to the Younger Instagram Crowd, đˇ or for Young Dating Couples. đŠ❤️đ¨ If you enjoy visiting such Cafes and feel that the Price here is Acceptable for you, I can still recommend to give this a try. I enjoyed my time here.
