During a Random Google Search, I was surprised to see this place listed in a Top Best Teh Tarik List in Johor. https://myweekendplan.asia/top-best-teh-tarik-in-johor/ ☕ðēðūIts a Quiet Little Warung tucked away in the Corner and has a Very Nice Quiet Kampung Feel to it. ♥️ When I was there at 8.00am on a Friday, it wasn't particularly Crowded but did have a Steady Stream of Customers. ð The Interior had a very Classic Rustic Kampung Kopitiam style of Look and was run buy a Jolly Friendly Malay Chap. ð There was a also a Very Adorable Manja Cute Kitty roaming the Area too! ðą

☕ Teh Sarbat Asli (Teh Halia) No Sugar, No Cream = RM2.00
More commonly known as "Teh Halia" in Singapore which itself is a Ginger Tea. ðŦ This shop also calls it Teh Halia too, so I have no idea if there is really a difference between the 2. Compared to Regular Teh Halia in SG, the one here tastes SUPER CONCENTRATED! ♥️
One look from my photo, you can already tell how Deep Coloured the Tea really was. ð Apparently, they use Real Grounded Ginger to make this instead of Pre-Packaged Packets and I do agree. This is what Real Ginger tastes like. ðŦ
Especially because I didn't add any Cream or Sugar, this tasted Particularly Strong and Spicy and the Spice will linger on your Throat. ðŦð Not a Drink that will appeal to many people, but if you are someone who enjoys Teh Halia, you are going to LOVE this Super Concentrated, Super Strong Version! ðŦ♥️
ð Roti Bakar = RM2.00
Translates as Grilled or more accurately, Toasted Bread, this was mentioned and recommended by many people in many Reviews about this place. ðð It took about 2 Mins to be served up and was quite a Big and Fat Bun. Both Sides are slathered with Butter and Brown Kaya. ð§ðŊ

The Kaya has a Delicious Deep Caramelly Coconut Taste, ðĨĨ Sweet yet also not Overly Sweet with a Smooth and not Gritty Feel. ð In fact its so Smooth in Texture, I have a feeling this is Homemade.
The Bun itself was really Super Fluffy and Pillowy but the Highlight for me was the Slightly Burnt Crispy Crust which had a tinge of Sweetness to it. ðĨð When biting into this Roti Bakar, your teeth will first hit the Crispy Crunch of the Crust followed immediately with the Soft Texture of the Bun ð and finally mixed in with that Beautiful Kaya Butter Mix. ð§ðŊ What an Incredible Combo! ð

Conclusion and Closing Thoughts
This is possibly one of the Strongest, Most Concentrated Teh Halia I have ever drank so far. ðŦð If you are able to add Cream and Sugar to it, I reckon it will taste very Smooth. Drinking it "Kosong" like this is also quite shiok if you are the type that enjoy the Gingery Spiciness. ðŦð
Roti Bakar also surprised me because it tastes so good. ðð I know this is just a Simple Toasted Bun, but for some reason this tastes ALOT NICER than some of the Big Name Franchise Kaya Toasts we have in Singapore. ððļðŽ (Alot more Affordable too, I might add!) ð

At a Total Combined price of RM4.00 (S$1.20) it is Absolutely Worth the Money to come give this a Try. ð They also have other Various Rice Dishes if you want, and I saw quite alot of people buying their Ayam Goreng too. ðð With a Nice and Relaxing Kampung-Styled Atmosphere and Very Friendly Owner, I have no issues recommending this. ð
