This seems to be a Very Popular Dim Sum Place in the Sutera Area as I usually see Youtubers post how Crowded it can be on Weekends. It wasn't Crowded at all on a Thursday Morning when i went. Its a Big Eatery, Not Airconditioned but Airy and Spacious. Staffs are Quiet, but Polite in their Mannerisms.

There were some Reviews on Google Maps that complained about the Waiting Times being very long. It took 8mins to serve up the First 3 Dishes, with the Pork Cheong Fun taking the Longest. Everything was served up within 12 mins. Takes quite awhile even with not much Customers, I reckon the Waiting Time for Weekends should be much Longer. I do like that they mostly use more Traditional Looking Bamboo Containers instead of the Plastic Versions which gives it a more Old School Feel.
Pork Siew Mai with Mushroom (北菇滑烧卖) = RM6.80
This was not bad, quite Bouncy and Juicy. Abit Small in Size I feel, but the Filling is a Nice Mix of Pork and Shrimp, although I felt the Piggy Taste can be abit Strong here. Don't taste any Mushrooms though.

Fresh Shrimp Dumplings (白玉鲜虾饺) = RM7.30
I think this may be the Best Tasting Har Kow I've tasted so far in JB! The Skin is Very Delecate almost like a XLB and is totally Not Doughy. The Filling within is Not Overly Prawny at all and is Very Juicy and Bouncy.
I especially love that there is actually some 汤汁, so its better to use a Spoon to eat this rather than Chopsticks. This is the 1st Har Kow I've ever eaten that actually has 汤汁, so this was Really Unique for me. I don't know if Har Kow is traditionally supposed to have 汤汁, but I certainly didn't mind it here! Delicious!

Crispy Fried Pork Cheong Fun (脆皮滑肠粉) = RM9.80
This is the Most Popular Item that I see many people order in the Various Youtube Videos i've watched for this place. At first look, I thought the Portion Didn't Look like Alot. The Cheong Fun Skin also looks Thick and Doughy but it is actually Delicate and Soft and Not at all Doughy. Inside is a Layer of Very Crispy Skin followed by a Nice Savoury Pork Filling. Beautifully designed, its the Bite Texture that really makes this Dish stand out. Love the Soft Delicate Dough Skin alternating with a Crispy Bitefeel within. Delightful.
The Sauce they provide with this is a Sharply Salty Sesame Oil Based Soy Sauce. Adding this will enhance the taste, but I feel the Cheong Fun alone by itself stands well on its own even if you don't lum this sauce all over. Both styles to eat are Equally Good and Pairs Nicely. No Wonder this is Popular Dish. This is a Must Try if you are here!

Fried Shrimp Beancurd Rolls (鲜虾豆腐皮卷) = RM8.80
The Fried Beancurd Skin is Very Crispy and has a Nice Deep Fried Oil Taste. The Fish or Pork Paste within (I couldn't discern exactly which one it was) is not alot but is just enough to help add on a Savoury Taste after you bite into it.
Eaten on its own, I feel you can Savour the Fish/Pork Paste Filling more. If you dip it with Mayo, it will still taste nice, but I felt the taste of Mayo Overly Dominated the Dish making it taste very Similar to a Fried Wanton with Mayo.

Conclusion and Closing Thoughts
Overall, I felt the Siew Mai was the Weakest Link here. The fact I can't taste any Mushrooms even though it was advertised to have it was the Push for me to Not Recommend it. Don't get me wrong, this is still a Decent Tasting Siew Mai and its Alright, but it pales in Comparison to the Other Dishes in terms of Quality.
This is a Nice Dimsum Place in the Sutera Mall Area. Everything for the Price of RM37.95 (S$11.00) is Absolutely Worth the Money to Try! No wonder this place is Popular. I especially Recommend their Har Kow and Crispy Fried Pork Cheong Fun!
