From some of the Google Reviews I gathered about this place, I understand that this Kopitiam is quite a 老字号 in Sutera and their Kaya Toast is apparently quite 古早味. Really more of a Modern Styled Kopitiam, not the Traditional type. Its a Big Place, not Air-Conditioned but feels Nice and Airy. It was quite a Cold Morning when I was there and together with the Christmas Decorations and Music that they played in the Background, it gave me a Nice Christmasy Feel.

Staffs mostly comprise of Elder Aunties and they're Very Nice and Polite. There aren't much people on an Early Friday Morning altho it did start getting more Crowded from 9.00am onwards. Their Menu consists of Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and even Various Desserts. White Coffee is the Specialty here and is highly raved in Google Map Reviews.
Interestingly, you can choose the Sugar Level, which is quite rare for a Coffee. I choose 少甜 Less Sugar. Took about 3 mins to Serve up the Coffee and Eggs. Toasted Kaya Bread took awhile longer. Everything was served up within 12 mins. I appreciated the Elder Auntie who noticed and acknowledged my Kaya Toast wasn't served up and went in to help check.
White Coffee (Hot)
The White Coffee taste Quite Mild, and the Caffeine Level is not very strong. Also taste Quite Creamy. The 少甜 Less Sugar Level I requestd is Not Bad and really makes the Coffee not Too Siap Siap Bitter and also Not Overly Sweet. Overall, this isn't the type of Strong Coffee to smack you awake, and feels more like a Gentle Nudge. Not Bad tasting Coffee.

Kaya Toast
Kaya Toast uses Brown Kaya and the Coconut Taste is Quite Prominent. Some Google Reviews claims they will butter the Whole Bread for you instead of in having in Usual Slabs. This is Incorrect. The Butter pieces still comes in slabs and you have to bua them to get an even distribution of Butter. Toast is toasted well, not too burnt and still crispy. Decent Kaya Toast.

Half-Boiled Egg
The Half-Boiled Egg however i feel is not cooked fully as I could still see Clear and Watery Abulmen. Personally I'm still OK as it didn't taste Overly Raw, but some people may find this Too Raw for their Liking. Because the Egg wasn't Cooked as Well, i'm afraid I cannot give a Higher Score for this place which was quite a Pity, as everything else was not bad and the Customer Service was nice.

The Price for this Whole Set at RM12.10 (S$3.60) is affordable and certainly worth a try. Although you need to be prepared that their Eggs may not be cooked as thoroughly if you cannot accept Abulmen that is too Clear or Watery.
