I first knew of this place thru a Malaysian Influencer from some Social Media Outlet. Thought it looked interesting so I gave this a try. Its a Very Big Coffee Place and Nicely Renovated. Not Air-Conditioned, but Feels Spacious and Airy. The Staffs here are Quiet, but are Fast, Polite and Friendly.
Seems to be quite a Popular Place too as although it wasn't Full House, it was Quite Crowded with Local Folks even on a Thursday Morning! It took them 2 Mins to serve up both the Coffee and Polo Bun and everything was served up within 7mins. Not Bad Timing considering how Crowded this place was.

Pacific Kopi (Hot) = RM3.80
Ordered this because this is literally the Actual Name of their Restaurant, literally their 招牌菜. It has a Nice Bittersweet Taste with a Noticeable Taste of Condensed Milk. The Caffeine is Strong but not Overly Harsh.
I love the Roasted Coffee Bean taste which was prominent throughout. Mixed with the Condensed Milk, I felt this was a Nice, Slightly Complex and Not so Sweet Hot Brew. This is a Nice Cup of Coffee.
Pacific 3 in 1 Fried Rice Cake = RM6.90
This is one of their Specialties and is the Dish that I wanted to try most when I first watched the Influencer's Video. I've always associated Nian Gao to be more of a CNY type of Dish, never in a Cafe Setting as a Snack.
The Menu says 4 Pieces but the Actual Portion is really quite alot for 1 person tbh. Visually Appetizing, the Skin is Delightfully Crispy and the Filling consists of 3 Layers of Sweet Potato, Nian Gao and Yam. Despite how Heavy these Fillings usually are, I thought they were Surprisingly Very Light Tasting and Not Overly Sweet at all. Delightful!
This Whole Dish is really a Play with its Texture. When you first bite into it, your Teeth will first hit its Crispy Skin, followed by a Nice Smoothness when you reach the 3 Layer Fillings. This Alternate Combination of Crispy and Soft is Texturally Exciting and I really like that the Fillings don't feel Too Jelak, and Overstay their Welcome. This is a Well Designed Dish and the 3 Layers totally work and doesn't clash. I love this very much and this is a Definite Must Try if you are here!

Matcha Green Tea Egg Tart = RM4.90 per Piece
The Skin for this is Super Super Flaky and this Overall Crust just has a Very High Quality Handmade Taste, not just a Store Bought Pre-Made Pastry Shell. The Filling is Hot although Disappointingly, I don't taste Any Hint of Matcha at all, not even a little bit. It really tasted more like a Conventional Egg Tart Filling with Green Food Colouring. The Consolation is that at least it doesn't taste Overly Eggy.
This Filling did not live up to My Expectations IMO. The Super Flaky Crust was so good but unfortunately let down by this Muted No Matcha Taste Filling. Quite a Pity for it to stumble like this so close to the Finishing Line.

Pacific Pandan Custard Polo Bun = RM5.50
Polo Bun is actually a Pastry Bun that originates from Hong Kong. "Polo" is Cantonese for Pineapple and this name is given because it has a Sugary Crust that ... sort of, kind of looks like a Pineapple? Despite its name, the Basic Polo Bun is Plain and doesn't have any Pineapple Fillings within. (Although that would be an Amazing Idea) The version sold here, I feel is slightly Smaller in Size compared to other Polo Buns i've eaten before. It's slathered on Both Sides with a Very Elegant Tasting Pandan Kaya and a Very Light Tasting Butter.

The Sugary Crust on this one has a somewhat Nicer Flakier Bitefeel. The Bun is Soft but not Super Fluffy. When eaten, the Outer Pastry Like Sugar Crust mixed with that Elegant Light Butter and Kaya makes this a Very Tasty Polo Bun. I feel the Soul of this Polo Bun is that Very Nice Elegant Tasting Kaya which was the Beautiful Glue that held everything together. This is Not Bad.

Conclusion and Closing Thoughts
At the price of RM21.10 (S$6.20) for Everything I ordered is affordable. Together with the Friendly Staffs and the Relaxing Feel of this Place, I have absolutely no issues recommending this for anyone to come give this a try.
I like this place and can understand why it is Popular. Other than the Disappointing Matcha Egg Tart, I thought Everything Else tasted Very Nice. Don't miss out on their Signature Fried Nian Gao!
