About this Taman Pelangi 彩虹花园美食中心 Hawker Centre

Compared to the Other Hawker Centres I've visited so far, this this Hawker Centre in Taman Pelangi is considered a Smaller One. Its just 2 Rows of Food Stalls selling all sorts of Varieties of Dishes. 😋

There are a Total of about 20 Different Food Stalls in this Hawker Centre. Most of them are focused on Local Malaysian Chinese Foods, although I did see 1 Malay Food Stall that is selling Satay. 🔥🍡 Please refer to the Photo Collection to get an Idea of the Type of Stalls Available. 📷 Prices for the Food Items mostly range from RM8.00 onwards, agar agar around Regular JB Food Prices.

Even on a Friday Evening at 7.00pm when I was there, I could still easily get a Seat as a Solo Diner, 🪑 although it does get noticeably crowded as it goes along. I reckon this place should be quite packed on a Weekend. 🎉 My Recommendation for Best Time to Visit is from 6.00pm onwards (on a Weekday) I also don't recall seeing any Restrooms, 🚻 so for Folks who are bringing Kids along, you might want to take note of this.

Although a Smaller Hawker Centre, I loved the Atmosphere and how Vibrant it was. 🎉 As you can see in the Photos, the Whole Place is Very Popular with alot of 人气, just the right type of Exciting 大排档 feel. 👍 Even though it also looks like it has some age, this place was Cooling and Airy with Ample Ceiling Fans all over. 🌬️😌

Food Prices feel Reasonable and Dishes are all Delicious. 👍 If you happen to be around the Taman Pelangi Area, come swing by, soak in the atmosphere and enjoy yourself! 😄

How to Order your Food:

There are no Special Ordering System here. You just walk up to the Food Stall, order what you want and pay first. 💵 Some stalls are ok for you to pay later only when you received the food. After ordering, just agar agar point to where you are sitting and they will deliver the food to you. Very Standard Hawker Centre Procedure. 👍
