I was Delighted when I found this Eatery in Taman Nusa Bestari. Seeing this place really made me miss Kuching very much, so of course I had to go in and try!
The Interior is a quaint Cafe/Restaurant that is Air-Conditioned (Although not Cold, more Airy) and Nicely Renovated. I like the Various Photos of Kuching with little snippets of Trivia written on them.

3 Layer Tea (Cold) = RM7.90
3 Layer Tea is of course a Classic Kuching Drink and the version here is quite Accurately Made and really does have 3 Layers. While the Middle Section is abit Blurry, I feel its still Acceptable.
The Bottom Syrup Layer is not Gula Apong though unfortunately, but is 仙草 which I feel is still ok. Mixing everything together makes this taste like a Taiwan-Styled Milk Bubble Tea with a 仙草 Aftertaste. This tastes quite Sweet.
Sarawak Laksa Classic Regular = RM12.90
The "Chicken Soup Aroma" here is not too strong. Visually it looks Impressive and Striking with a Beautiful Layer of Laksa Oil on the Surface. I love the Deep Complex Laksa Broth. It is Smooth with a Subtle Lemongrass Taste and a Spicy Bite.
This tastes like a Mix of Choon Hui's Smoothness with Poh Lam's Lingering Spiciness. Coconut Milk is very noticeable in this Version. I feel it stands on its own and won't lose to both Choon Hui Cafe (Sarawak Laksa) or 寶蘭叻沙 Poh Lam Laksa. 可以平起平坐.

Chicken Breast Meat is cut into Smaller Strips. Not as Dry as Poh Lam, but also not as Well Marinated as Choon Hui. One thing I feel the Chicken Taste for this one is is Quite Strong which may turn off some People. The Rest of the Ingredients are 2 Small Prawns which are Juicy and Bouncy, No Complaints here. Type of Noodle used is Faithful to Authentic Sarawak Laksa and the Portion is Generous for the Price. It's not over QQ but still Bouncy to the Bite. And yes, this place does give Shredded Eggs which if you remember in my past review, Poh Lam doesn't even give. So this actually makes this place rank even higher for me than Poh Lam.

Chilli is Deep and Complex although there isn't any Haebee. Lemongrass is more prominently tasted here. Its not the Super Spicy Type of Chilli and has a Deep Saltish Savoury Taste.
Ok not bad. Mixing the Chilli and given Lime completes the Dish giving it a Nice Perky Sourish Hit.
This Sarawak Laksa tastes Legit. If I were to do a Blindfold Test, I would not hesitate to say this is Authentic Sarawak Laksa. Overall, I still rank Choon Hui Cafe (Sarawak Laksa) as First Place, this one stands at Second Place, and 寶蘭叻沙 Poh Lam Laksa at Third Place for me. The Lady Boss is also very Friendly and is from Kuching herself. We had a nice chit-chat about Kuching and it was an Enjoyable Dining Experience.
Paying RM12.90 (S$3.80) is Worth It for this Bowl of Legit Kuching Sarawak Laksa. If you would like to try some Authentic Sarawak Laksa in JB, I can definitely recommend this place.
