First saw this in a TikTok and thought I'd give it a try. Its a 2 Level Cafe wth a Focus on Teochew Styled Kuihs, although they have other foods available.

It's Air-Conditioned, Free WIFI is available, and Beautifully Renovated. 2nd Level is only accessible via a Spiral Staircase. There are no Elevators available.

Ordering of Food is only through the scanning of a QR Code on a Display Board on your Table. You will be brought to a website where you can then order whatever you want.

Once ordered, they will bring the dishes to you. At the end of the meal, you can go to their Cashier to pay by Cash or Card.

Mang Guang Kuih (炸芒光粿) = RM5.00

I think this is their Signature Dish. I had initially thought that this would be Crispy to the Bite. Its not. Although Fried, it has a Soft Pillowy Skin and the Mang Guang filling is Juicy with a Slight Peppery Kick. The Chilli that came with it is Bitingly Spicy with a Slight Sourish Tang. Not bad, its worth a try.

Teochew Rice Kuih (潮州饭桃粿) = RM3.50

This is of course Png Kuih. The version here certainly does not taste like the Pink Colour Cheap Food Court version we have in Singapore. The Skin here looks Crystalline and Beautifully Soft. Filling has a Nice Savoury Taste.

It also has a very prominent ingredient that I can't quite remember but having it gives this Png Kuih a very 古早味 Classic Taste. This is Pretty Good. The Chilli given for this one is the same as the one given for their Mang Guang Kuih.

Yam Kuih (芋头糕) = RM7.50

This was the one that initially interested me to come eat here. It really is quite a Big Slab although unfortunately it is not the Super Soft Melt in Mouth type. Bitefeel is slightly firmer but still caves in to my bite easily. The Yam Taste is not Overly Strong and the Generous Amounts of Fried Shallots on Top accentuates and enhances the Taste of the Dish even further.

Gula Melaka Steam Cake (马来糕) = RM5.50

Its quite Adorable for them to shape this into a Heart Shape. While the Cake is nice and soft, I feel it isn't Super Fluffy. Gula Melaka presence is prominent and it is Sweet but not Overly Sweet.

Why did this Place get my Highest Score?

So while waiting for my food, there was a very nice chap who went up to me and asked if I would like to go upstairs as they are doing some Repairs / Cleaning. He's worried that I might be affected by any Loud Sounds or Strange Smells that may affect my Dining Experience.

TBH I'm too lazy to climb Staircase to 2nd Level. But I am Impressed by his Gesture and appreciate his thoughtfulness. I told him I'm ok with staying where I am and thanked him.
The fact that he took the time to consider how I might be affected is very Commendable. Some other Eateries might not have bothered at all. Just for this act, it has already given me a good impression of this place. Excellent Customer Service!

With a price of RM23.65 (S$7.00) for all the Food i've ordered, a Beautiful Air-Conditioned Environment with Free WIFI and Most Importantly, their Excellent Customer Service, this Cafe is definitely worth your time and money.
