I'm reviewing 2 Stalls here:
珍猪.猪肉粉 The Pearl Pork Noodle (Bukit Indah Branch) and 卡六包点.点心 Kaliu Dim Sum.Bun
This was Quite a Big, Somewhat Older Looking Kopitiam located in Bukit Indah 2. It seems to be quite a Popular Eating Place with the Locals on a Friday Morning when I was there.

珍猪.猪肉粉 The Pearl Pork Noodle (Bukit Indah Branch)
Review Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Recommended)
招牌猪肉粉(汤) Signature Pork Noodle Soup (Small) = RM9.00
No Service Charges
I've seen this Pork Noodle Franchise in Several JB Kopitiams and I thought I'd give it a Try. Its also quite popular based on some of the Google Map Reviews I've seen of this place. The Staffs are Friendly and Welcoming and the Dish was served up quickly in about 3 Mins.

Wow, the Pork Soup Base has a Very Nice Savoury Meaty Flavour. Its Salty but Not Overly So. I could distinctly taste that MSG Powder was used, but its still Overall a Very 清甜 and Nice to Drink.
The Amount of Kway Teow is Acceptable and Feels Generous even for the Small Sized that I ordered. They are Smooth and Soft and I thought had a Slightly Thicker Bite Feel than usual. That said, i think they're probably from a Package.

Meatball is Very Small although I think this is Handmade seeing how irregular it looked. Not Super Bouncy, but they do have a Slight Firmish Bite and don't have that Typical Overly Porky Supermarket type of Meatball taste. Pork Meat was Soft and Tender. I dun think any Extra Marination or Velveting is done for this. Doesn't taste Overly Porky.
Bak Chor was also Soft and Tender to the Bite. The Liver is the one that I thought kind of threw a Spanner in the Works because of how Strong it tasted. Firmish to the Bite, not only is it Overly Livery, it even has a Slight Bitter Aftertaste. Prolly the Strongest Tasting Liver I've eaten so far. People who don't like Liver will especially not like this.

Overall, I feel the Soul of the Dish is the Soup. It is the Main Glue that really holds everything together. I'm also impressed with the Generous Amount of Toppings and Ingredients given even for the Small I ordered. That said, I also felt that All the Meats either have Little to No Marination to them.
Almost all the Flavour really comes from the Soup which is doing most of the Heavy Lifting here. But perhaps the Whole Dish is too reliant on the Soup to carry the Team so to speak. The Most Divisive item is certainly the Liver which will either make or break the Dish for you. All in all, this is still an Acceptable, Competently Done and Filling Bowl of Pork Noodle Soup and at RM9.00 (S$2.60) is worth the Money to come give it a Try.

卡六包点.点心 Kaliu Dim Sum.Bun
Review Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ (Average)
Each Dim Sum cost RM4.50
Siew Mai + Har Gao = RM9.00
No Service Charges
I bought this because I thought of including a Side Dish to pair with my Pork Noodle. The Name of this Stall "卡六" sounds like quite a Unique Name to give to a Dim Sum Stall. Every Dim Sum they have cost RM4.50 (S$1.30) which is actually not say Cheap and actually veering very Close to our own Singapore's Budget S$1.50 Dim Sums. I'll be straight up here, the Quality of Dim Sums at this place is basically similar in quality too. This is basically our Kopitiam S$1.50 Type of Budget Dim Sums.
That said, what stood out for me for this place are the following reasons:
1) The Stall Lady here will actually heat the Dim Sums you ordered which will taste so much better when served. It takes about 5 Mins for her to do it via her Actual Bamboo Steamer and she'll deliver it to your table. Hahaha our own Singapore S$1.50 Dim Sum Franchise won't bother to heat them up like this. Hahaha! Try requesting for our SG $1.50 Dim Sums to reheat and they'll probably give you a "Death Stare" I reckon.
2) This is also one of the Few Rare Dim Sum Places where she actually used a Pair of Kitchen Tongs to Serve the Dim Sums instead of using her Hands. To be fair, she used the Kitchen Tongs more because they're too Hot to handle, but I do like that at least she's doing this to avoid accidentally touching the Dim Sums as I've seen some Dedicated Dim Sum Eateries do.
The Chilli Sauce they have taste like its probably from a Packaged Bottle. Its Sweet based but does have a Slight Spicy Kick that will linger on your Tongue.

Taste of the Siew Mai
Like I mentioned, this is S$1.50 Kopitiam Dim Sum Quality. They're almost certainly from a Supplier, Noticeably Porky and Nothing Really Special. But at the Very Least, they actually look like a Standard Siew Mai, not the Small Mishapen Mutant Deformed Ones that I ate from 佳佳點心茶樓 Restoran Kak Kak that I reviewed previously. Hahaha!

Taste of the Har Gao
Certainly another Supplier type of Dim Sum, I actually quite like how this was wrapped with some attempt at making Folds. Skin is Certainly Thick AF, but at least its Soft to the Bite and actually sort of melt in your Mouth although you do need to eat it while its Hot. I'm surprised that it actually has 1 Whole Small Baby Prawn within and didn't attempt to scrimp by halving the Prawn to cut cost. Nothing Special of course, this is still S$1.50 Standard type of Har Gao.

Are these Dim Sums worth the money? Seeing that they cost RM4.50 (S$1.30) each, this is actually not say Cheap compared to our SG Budget S$1.50 Dim Sums.
I do appreciate the Extra Service of Reheating and actually using Kitchen Tongs which are the Only Things that gave this place Extra Value. If you just happen to be craving for Dim Sums, I reckon these are still acceptable if you have Realistic Expectations for them.
